The team at Bookamat is extremely helpful and constantly strives to enhance their product for a superior client experience. The software is neat and easy to use. This is the third online booking system I've tried and it was the simplest to start with. They have a very helpful help section and setup guides. All the necessary features to run my business smoothly are included. I needed a button that would allow me to email participants who registered for a specific class only. I submitted a support request and they are now implementing this feature. I switched to Bookamat because the monthly costs were more affordable and the payment integration options were better for my location in Namibia. They responded to my review in March 2020, informing me that the email all class participants button is now in my account.

Wished Bookamat Could Have Been My Go-To!
I rated Bookamat a 9.5/10. I was almost set on choosing them, but one significant issue made me rethink. I appreciate that it's an Australian company and the software is visually appealing and user-friendly. It provides class bookings, courses, private sessions, membership subscriptions, and even client self-check-in. It fulfills 99% of my business needs and I was hoping to replace my current system with it. However, the issue is that customers can cancel their membership plan at any time, which doesn't suit my students who are on a year contract with weekly payments. Despite this, I think they're pretty great and if this issue doesn't affect you, I recommend supporting this Australian company. I chose Bookamat primarily for its price - it's a steal! Plus, they're Australian and they manage bookings and subscriptions. The vendor responded to my review, informing me that they now allow setting minimum payment commitments for clients.

AMAZING!!! I received incredibly fast responses to my emails for assistance and the team went above and beyond to ensure I was confident and ready for bookings. Setting up my Bookamat account for my mobile wellness business was extremely easy. I managed to get it done from start to finish, ready for bookings within 2 hours! It's much more user-friendly compared to other booking platforms I've used and I appreciate the look of the interface. After comparing options, I found that Bookamat is one of the most reasonably priced booking platforms available! I also really value being able to have multiple locations without any additional cost. I wished for staff logins that don't allow full access to reporting or financial information. I switched to Bookamat because my previous system was too expensive and cumbersome, requiring a new subscription for every new location. The vendor responded to my feedback and added staff logins that don't allow full access to reporting or financial information in May 2020.

The vendor responded to my review, stating they provide a quick setup guide via email, they're producing YouTube video guides, and they prioritize email support as the most efficient way to resolve queries.
