It's concrete data that showcases team members' achievements throughout the year, which is beneficial during performance evaluations. Moreover, it practically operates itself, with users automatically added or removed based on HR status and Single Sign-On for Office 365 or Google, so no extra passwords to remember. My only regret is that we didn't start using it sooner.
