I find the Bloomfire site challenging to navigate due to its disorganization in locating an item or article. Articles seem to appear randomly, and I believe an alphabetical listing would be more logical. On our site, the most recent articles appear first, which is beneficial for reference, but I think there should be an optional way to view articles - either the current way or an alphabetized listing. The decision to switch to Bloomfire was not mine, but was made by Objective Management. However, the vendor informed me that they offer the ability to sort articles by publish date, update date, alphabetical, or by popularity, and these options are available on the homepage and search results screen.

As an early adopter of Bloomfire, I saw immense potential in the platform. I was tasked with conducting a comparative report of various products to fulfill our need for a customer-facing knowledge base. We required a platform that was relevant, user-friendly, and quick, as we had a lot of undocumented information that our customers needed access to. Our key criteria included an API and SSO, a simple editor, fast and powerful search, user management, reporting, and more. Bloomfire emerged as the top choice. A few months into using it, we were creating content, marketing the tool, and becoming familiar with the platform. As a primary content contributor, I identified areas for improvement and collaborated with the Bloomfire development team to address these. I'm happy to report that nearly all my suggestions have been implemented, showcasing the company's adaptability and customer-centric approach. The team has always been supportive and communicative. The platform boasts a clean, easy-to-use interface and a plethora of features to handle a lot.

They quickly address immediate support needs and constantly improve the product based on customer feedback. However, some employees find the navigation and search features difficult. We need to make some adjustments to our implementation to tackle these issues, and we are looking forward to future product updates.
