Excellent and speedy customer service!
The assets in the software, array, are very poor. The music sounds extremely amateurish and the graphic assets are difficult to work with. I also want to warn about their tricky refund policy. I cancelled after two days of use, but because I downloaded a few assets, which I have no use for and don't need any licensing for, they are refusing to give me a refund. This is stated in their terms of service, which I find to be quite underhanded. I've asked them to change my plan from annual to monthly and to refund the prorated amount at least. If they don't comply, I plan to file a dispute with my bank. I find it hard to believe that this practice is legal, as the assets they provide are worthless.

Cancellation Not Possible.
In my experience with the team plan on Array, I found it impossible to cancel my subscription. There were no available options or pages, and the links provided in their documentation were invalid, leading me nowhere. I eventually found an email to send my cancellation request to, but the customer support URL they sent me was just an FAQ page with no contact information or useful knowledge on how to cancel. However, I finally managed to get through to their customer service team and they cancelled the plan. I can't provide an email here, but you can reach their support team at support at motionarray.

Great Until You Try to Cancel
I've been using Array for about 6 months and it's been pretty good. However, I find their cancellation policies unfair and similar to a scam, as many others have also noted. I don't understand why they continue this practice. I just wanted a break for a couple of months and planned to return, but now I won't. I'll look for an alternative.

Outstanding Software and Exceptional Customer Support
Motion Array not only offers a wide range of excellent content such as sounds, motion effects, and plug-ins for both Davinci Resolve and Adobe, but they also provide exceptional customer service. I mistakenly let my trial period expire and wanted to cancel, but a charge went through. The Motion Array customer support team was very helpful in resolving this issue. I encountered some complications with a refund transaction due to my own error, but Stephanie, a Customer Support Team Leader, guided me through the process. She and the rest of the staff were patient and supportive, showing me all the necessary details to help me understand where I went wrong. It turned out to be a user error on my part. I received a refund that went to PayPal and then back to my bank. I misread my bank statement and thought I had been charged another monthly fee, but that wasn't the case. I am extremely grateful to the entire team and especially to Stephanie for her swift and efficient assistance. She was on top of everything, making it easy for me to resolve the issue just before the holiday season. I also want to mention that Motion Array is fantastic! I used it to produce 1 episodes for a YouTube channel and recommended it to the owners as I handed over the

Music Dispute: A Review on Array Software
I recently uploaded a video on YouTube using a song from the Motion Array library. Despite being a paid member and providing the song's URL in the description, the song was flagged for copyright. I disputed the claim and provided the song's license, but the music company insisted the song was theirs without comparing it to the URL I provided.
