      High Cost, Low Impact: ADP Workforce Now

      My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now was disappointing, especially when it came to navigating the site's resources. When I started managing this system, I found that there was limited knowledge about the information it contained and how to access it. Whenever a new situation came up, only the administrator could handle it, which was a problem when employees tried to manage their benefit packages. On the positive side, ADP does offer a wide range of customizable services and has many integrations and resources that smaller providers don't have. For example, I missed the Life Mart package for employee discount programs when we switched platforms. However, the software's navigation is challenging due to too many links, and the system lacks substance. It's essentially a portal connecting other insurance and investment platforms, and doesn't offer as much functionality as you'd expect for the price. It might be suitable for a large organization that needs daily reporting, but for a small company, it's too complex with too little customization. I ended up choosing AD.

      Disappointing Experience with ADP: Poor Usability and Customer Service

      ADP has consistently blamed me for the initial improper setup of the system. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a list of courses to take. However, I discovered that my page was different from theirs and I hadn't been receiving necessary updates. I'm currently waiting for training material, half of which I have to pay for. I don't believe training will fix all my issues. I've been unhappy with this system for a while and despite my patience, my requests for fixes have been ignored. I was accused of giving up by an ADP representative, which I believe is why my requests were ignored. I'm frustrated with the system and even if I was considering switching, I still have work to do. The reporting is difficult to navigate, the search function is limited, there's no onboarding functionality, and the referral option is not customizable. My ATS hasn't received any updates and my applicants can't even click the 'next' button without a banner blocking it.
