High Cost, Low Impact: ADP Workforce Now
My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now was disappointing, especially when it came to navigating the site's resources. When I started managing this system, I found that there was limited knowledge about the information it contained and how to access it. Whenever a new situation came up, only the administrator could handle it, which was a problem when employees tried to manage their benefit packages. On the positive side, ADP does offer a wide range of customizable services and has many integrations and resources that smaller providers don't have. For example, I missed the Life Mart package for employee discount programs when we switched platforms. However, the software's navigation is challenging due to too many links, and the system lacks substance. It's essentially a portal connecting other insurance and investment platforms, and doesn't offer as much functionality as you'd expect for the price. It might be suitable for a large organization that needs daily reporting, but for a small company, it's too complex with too little customization. I ended up choosing AD.

I find the adp-workforce-now system generally user-friendly and I especially value the convenience of the phone app which enables employees to clock in and manage their own data. However, I've observed that the GPS tagging isn't always precise and can take a while to rectify itself.

On October 11, 223, I received login and shift scheduling information emails that belonged to someone else. There was no clear way for non-customers like me to report issues to ADP, as they didn't provide an email, contact form, or phone number. I'm always excited to see my paystub every week through ADP Workforce Now. It's like a little surprise waiting for me, even though sometimes I get a message saying we apologize there is an issue, please check back later due to server traffic. I understand that this is because they are working with big companies and the traffic can be overwhelming. It's impressive that they are able to handle such large volumes of data. Over the past 7 years, I've noticed that they are consistently working on improving their services. They regularly update their app, which shows their commitment to providing the best user experience. I've also noticed that my colleagues have reached out to them with feedback and they always respond, which is a testament to their excellent customer service. I believe that ADP is doing their best to accommodate all their clients, big or small. They are constantly evolving and I'm confident that they will continue to strengthen their infrastructure to handle the increasing demand. It's clear that they are committed to being a major player in the industry. I'm looking forward to seeing how they will continue to improve and innovate in the future.

Disappointing Experience with ADP: Poor Usability and Customer Service
ADP has consistently blamed me for the initial improper setup of the system. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a list of courses to take. However, I discovered that my page was different from theirs and I hadn't been receiving necessary updates. I'm currently waiting for training material, half of which I have to pay for. I don't believe training will fix all my issues. I've been unhappy with this system for a while and despite my patience, my requests for fixes have been ignored. I was accused of giving up by an ADP representative, which I believe is why my requests were ignored. I'm frustrated with the system and even if I was considering switching, I still have work to do. The reporting is difficult to navigate, the search function is limited, there's no onboarding functionality, and the referral option is not customizable. My ATS hasn't received any updates and my applicants can't even click the 'next' button without a banner blocking it.

I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service at ADP! My account representative, who I have the pleasure of meeting with bi-weekly, has been incredibly flexible with our schedule. Even though we've had to reschedule our last three meetings, I'm confident that it's for a good reason. I'm eagerly awaiting a summary of updates on the issues we've discussed, and I'm sure it will be comprehensive and helpful. I've even had the chance to involve her manager in our discussions, which has only added to the depth of service I'm receiving. In addition to this, I've been navigating through some interesting challenges with the system, such as implementing new features, adjusting billing, and exploring different modules. These experiences have been great learning opportunities and I'm confident that ADP will continue to improve and evolve. Without a doubt, ADP is one of the most engaging companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Overall, I appreciate ADP's commitment to providing a secure and user-friendly platform for managing my 41k.
