      I've been a loyal user of 2Checkout for over 5 years now. Up until November this year, my experience has been nothing short of satisfactory, easily deserving a 3 or 4-star rating. On November 2, there was a slight hiccup with our regular bank transfer payout. We requested the SWIFT document for the transfer and the sending bank's contact information, but we didn't receive it right away. Our bank needed the SWIFT document to trace the transfer, and we were initially unable to provide it. However, I'm confident that this is just a minor setback and not a reflection of 2Checkout's overall service. I'm giving them a solid 4 stars because I believe in their commitment to resolving issues. We're a small business and every payment counts. There was a delay in receiving payment from several customer invoices and purchases, but I'm optimistic that 2Checkout will sort this out. They've been reliable for the past 5 years, and I'm sure they'll continue to be. This has been my experience, and I'm looking forward to more years of smooth transactions with 2Checkout.

However, after keeping all of my email correspondence, 2checkout finally agreed to send me a refund.

I was forced to make calls to Romania, as it was the only option available for my region of the USVI using WIX. Their customer service and accounting reporting is based in Romania, not the US. They targeted me after I refused to leave a positive review, freezing my site during the Coronavirus. However, they did respond to my feedback, apologized for any inconvenience, and assured me that they take customer satisfaction seriously. They also stated that my review won't affect our business relationship and encouraged me to express my thoughts. They provided an email for further communication.
