I absolutely adore Zenmaid! Since my company started using it, we've seen a significant improvement in the quality of our online booking through our forms. Zenmaid has truly excelled in enhancing and evolving their platform, with the improvements over the years being remarkable. I initially considered it a few years back, but it wasn't the right fit for us then. However, with the recent changes and upgrades, I can't stress enough how it has revolutionized our business. Our staff prefers it over any other software we've tried. A major bonus is that they transition you to their platform for free. I do believe they need to enhance their review platform, but I've recently noticed them addressing this issue and working on a solution, which I'm thrilled about. I chose Zenmaid because it's simpler to use for industry-specific needs. I switched from HCP, which was beneficial when we needed it, but as we've expanded, we required more from a maid service platform. With every upgrade on HCP.

Improvements Needed: Zenmaid's Payroll Challenges
I found ZenMaid's customer service to be very friendly and the software itself to have great potential. However, the time I had to spend redoing payroll was a deal breaker for me. It was incredibly frustrating. The software is affordable and easy to use, but it has glitches and requires constant refreshing whenever a change is made. I appreciated the calendar scheduling system designed specifically for a cleaning company, from booking to finalizing payment. However, it didn't extend to payroll. I'm puzzled as to why this product is receiving such high praise when it has significant glitches, like missing payroll hours. I suspect users are simply trusting that the program is calculating correctly. This is just one of many glitches. While customer service is responsive, they never actually resolve the issue. I don't think payroll should be offered as a service on this system. So, if you decide to use this software, be prepared to do your own time sheet calculations. After 6 months of frustration, I switched to a different system.

The ZenMaid software has solved my problems with the back end of the office, eliminating the need for multiple programs for daily tasks and saving me both time and money. The booking software has significantly grown my client base. The software is user-friendly and the training videos and information provided are extremely helpful for navigating the learning curve of a new software. I find the aesthetic of the software pleasing and the booking form has generated a lot of business. The software is constantly being updated and improved, and I value the fact that the developers are interested in user feedback and suggestions. I chose ZenMaid because it's the best and specifically designed for Cleaning Services. I switched to ZenMaid after trying it out on a free trial and instantly fell in love with the software. I've never looked back since.

Zenmaid has been instrumental in enhancing our company's communication both internally and with our clients, which was our primary reason for choosing it. It has significantly reduced lockouts and late cancellations, improved staff communication, and boosted our professional image. I particularly value the customization options for client/contact and staff notes. However, Zenmaid does have its shortcomings. Its timekeeping and payroll features are almost useless to us, as we pay staff for travel time and allow unpaid breaks. We also don't use Zenmaid for billing, as we find other software more functional and cost-effective. The mobile experience is disappointing, with slow performance and lack of an autosave feature, making scheduling challenging. Despite these drawbacks, we opted for Zenmaid due to its specific focus on cleaning services, customization options, and pricing. We transitioned from G Suite for better and automated communication options.

I took this as an opportunity to engage with the community and shared my thoughts about the pricing compared to Deputy, which charges £12 per month. I would recommend giving this app a try, as it could be a game-changer for your business.

Zenmaid's automated daily reminders save me a lot of time, as I no longer have to send individual reminders to each customer. I used to use an outdated system that was only accessible on one computer, which was frustrating. However, Zenmaid allows me to access the schedule from any computer. I was even able to continue running my business while on a 5-day family trip to another state, all thanks to Zenmaid. It has truly been a life changer! I have no complaints about Zenmaid.
