The WISE system has been a significant help, especially in tracking our inventory. We can now get fairly accurate numbers on our inventory, which was a mess before we started using WISE. We now know where our products are located and where they're coming from. However, one downside is the need to open multiple screens to access information. I wish I could simply double-click on a specific lot to see all its transactions. It could definitely be more user-friendly.

The WISE system has streamlined our warehouse operations, resulting in almost no inventory discrepancies. We manage a $3.0m inventory that turns around 3-4 times a year. Since using WISE, we've also become a completely paperless operation. I honestly have no complaints about the software. From the first day, the team at Royal-4 has worked closely with us, adding numerous customizations to suit our business plan and needs. We chose WISE because it offered the best opportunity for customization to fit our needs, and it was much more affordable.
