Excellent Platform, Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with Weblium's support as they seem incapable of handling basic issues. I've never experienced such neglect, with a serious bug hindering the use of our crucial website. Despite the severity of the issue, their only response is "we've informed the developers, now you just have to wait, and we don't know when we'll get back to you". This level of support is unacceptable, particularly when our website is vital to our business. While I acknowledge that Weblium makes it easy to create a decent website and does its job well for its price, their response to bugs is horrendous. They simply leave us in the lurch! Their customer support is extremely poor when assistance is needed. More often than not, they fail to provide substantial help.

I find Weblium to be a fantastic platform with an easy user interface, excellent for our clients and SEO, and cost-effective. Outstanding White Label Portal: Weblium
Weblium is an excellent white label portal that I use for building websites for my clients. It enables me to work in a clean and organized way and includes a simple CRM tool for tracking leads and quotes. Although it's a bit pricier than other platforms, I can upsell the features to earn extra money. Weblium is a fantastic tool for my business - it's easy, quick, and loaded with features that I value. There are many templates to choose from, all of which I can modify to my preference. The best feature, however, is their support - they respond within minutes via chat and are very knowledgeable. A significant issue for users in Europe, including me, is the absence of a GDPR compatible cookie banner, rendering the sites non-compliant. Also, third-party banners don't function well because the code is inserted in the HEAD section after loading some tracking cookies, which can't be modified. Weblium support has assured me they are working on a GDPR compatible banner.

Caution! Weblium's Bug Support is Missing :( Choose Wisely!
The bug support for Weblium is non-existent! Beware. We're about to launch a website for our organization when a bug suddenly prevents us from loading a page correctly. The support team is unhelpful, only informing us that they've notified the developers and we'll have to wait. It's been a while since I've received any updates or assistance. This is critical for us, but they don't seem to take it seriously, leaving us in the dark for 48 hours now. They haven't even provided an estimated resolution time. Absolutely nothing.
