My experience with Track-POD has been positive. I value the real-time capability to locate goods in transit and access proof of delivery documents, which has enhanced customer interactions. This is especially beneficial when customers are not onsite where the delivery was made or if the delivery was to a remote location. The customization options in the interface make it easier to set up relevant displays for my job responsibilities. Real-time reporting has streamlined the process of addressing customer delivery issues. However, I wish I could link to 3rd party tracking to monitor carrier shipments from within the same dashboard as our own deliveries. We transitioned to Track-POD because we required improved tracking, reportability, and real-time information for our end customer. I appreciate the vendor's response and am pleased to know that Track-POD helps us deliver a better customer experience.

Trackpod is Just What We Needed
We use Trackpod to plan, track, and deliver around 8 orders daily. Its drag and drop planning and clear overview of shipments are user-friendly. Our customers can track their shipments, reducing the number of inquiries about shipment status to our customer service. The Proof of Delivery (POD) is tailored to our needs, including photos and GPS location of delivery. Trackpod and Newland assisted us in developing a new scanning functionality. Trackpod's support team is responsive and clear in answering all our questions and requests, making our implementation process smooth and quick. They add new and improved features to the software almost every week. We are very satisfied with Trackpod.

Track-POD is a crucial part of my business. Almost every issue we've encountered has been swiftly and effectively resolved by the support team, even to the extent of the development team implementing a new feature. The proof of delivery and routing integrated into the software, especially the ability to route as bicycles, is exactly what we needed. However, we've been unable to get the mobile management app to work for us. I wish there was only one, instead of two different front ends for order entry. We chose Track-POD for its straightforward pricing structure, free trial with ample time to fully understand the product, and the quality of the solution. I appreciate the vendor's response and their support for the zero emissions cause.

Overall, I find Track-Pod to be an excellent tool for enhancing efficiency. Previously, we faced issues with customers claiming they never received their deliveries, leading to disputes with credit card companies. However, Track-Pod's Geo stamp feature, which captures customer signatures, has completely resolved these problems. I am very pleased with the features Track-Pod provides for logistics businesses. In our furniture delivery and logistics business, the optimization feature has been particularly beneficial for efficient route planning without wasting time or resources. The POD also captures Geo stamps of the location where signatures and pictures were taken, preventing discrepancies between our drivers and customers. I am extremely satisfied with the service and attention to detail provided by the Track-Pod team. The software has enabled us to increase revenues and efficiency without significant costs. The value we receive for the money we spend is absolutely worth it. The only downside we've experienced is the inability to remove a delivery stop on a route once the driver has started their route.
