      I am using Speakap to engage employees in various locations who don't have access to our company intranet. My goal is to keep them updated and make them feel connected to the larger company. We use a variety of separate tools and applications, and I appreciate that Speakap can be added on top and used as a front end to all of these. It's an effective way to engage an audience outside of our normal network via their mobile phones. I appreciate its easy integration with enterprise software like Workday. I also value how they've addressed mobile usage legal requirements in states like California. Despite adding another tool to our system, the seamless user experience it provides as a front end far outweighs any negatives.

      Speakap has been highly responsive to our needs, promptly answering our queries and even offering in-person assistance for training. They've been open to our suggestions and we're excited to see how the product will evolve. The platform is extremely intuitive and after trying several others, Speakap was the easiest for our users to understand. It has simplified and enhanced our internal communication. While we did identify some features we'd like to see, most are already included in Speakap's future plans.

There have been instances where I needed to reach a coworker and didn't have their contact, but Speakap allowed us to connect easily and securely. It's very safe and safeguards your data. I also value its scheduling feature that lets us plan our monthly work schedule with colleagues. Additionally, Speakap doesn't bother the user with incessant updates and notifications. There have been times when the software crashes or displays an empty screen, but this could also be a problem with my phone.

There were initial issues with posting videos, but they were quickly resolved. It can take some time to understand where all the groups are, especially for those unfamiliar with social media platforms.

It's been a pleasure working with Speakap on the system's implementation and rollout. It's an effective tool for connecting with remote workers, accessible to all employees and partners, yet secure and controlled. It's easy to use and quick to learn. The groups feature facilitates discussions about shared interests like training, tips, FAQs, etc. However, as noted in other reviews, the reporting could be improved and some features are only available on the iPhone app, but I've been assured this will change. It could benefit from more depth in the features, like polls or surveys, but I'm confident these will be added to the app soon. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that their product teams are prioritizing Android feature adoption and that a new Polls feature is coming.
