I've also suggested the ability to project presentations directly from the mobile app to a larger screen. Insights from a Regular Showell User
Before I started using Showell, I would share important information with my partners via email, which often resulted in complaints about not receiving these emails. Consequently, the information was not effectively communicated. However, once I began using Showell, sharing information became much easier as I was confident that everyone had access to the shared information. The software provides a single platform for all information, making it simple to share with external parties. The content is also available offline, which adds a professional touch to my customer meetings. One drawback is the absence of a feature to mark notifications as unread, as currently, each notification has to be opened individually. I switched to Showell because my previous system was outdated and updating content was difficult. The vendor responded positively to my feedback in April 2021.

I find Showell to be an invaluable tool for our sales team. It keeps us updated with all sales support materials, making them instantly available as soon as they are uploaded. This has made our sales force more effective as they can access all marketing and presentation materials without the need for physical paperwork. They can display, print, or transfer any brochure or price list directly to the customer on their tablet. This has not only made our job easier but also increased our productivity and presented a professional image in the market. I believe it's the best sales support tool we could have. I would love to see a CRM offering from Showell that could be directly attached to the app. Showell has responded that they have an integration with several major CRM systems and some standalone CRM features, which they will discuss with us shortly.

Showell: User-Friendly yet Lacks Comprehensive Reporting
I find the materials in Showell easy to set up and appreciate the ability to share materials through the platform. I also like being able to see who has viewed the link and having different roles and user groups. Generally, the software is user-friendly. However, I struggle a bit to extract the information I need from the reports. I wish there was a "pivot table" type of report where I could select the information and limitations I want to see on one page. For example, I'd like to set the report to show selected users on rows and selected materials on columns, then set the time period and the information I want to see, such as the number of times the material has been sent or opened, and the last time it was opened. The vendor responded to my review and feedback, promising to pass my comments to their product development team. They mentioned that there are many developments happening with the reporting end.
