Proposify simplifies the process of tracking our numerous proposals and makes it easy for clients to view and accept them. I can barely remember what writing proposals was like before Proposify. The idea of using InDesign for a proposal again is unimaginable. Proposify is user-friendly and their support is excellent. The templates are easy to use and customize, and saving my own templates for different customer segments is incredibly simple. The customer support is outstanding and very responsive. Every proposal we've created with Proposify has looked fantastic and our conversion rate has increased by 20%. The only downside is the current lack of a mobile app that would allow me to add new customers and send proposals from my iPad.

This minimizes back-and-forth emails and saves us time. However, I wish we could pay for the service monthly rather than quarterly for better financial tracking.
