I had an incredible experience with Pepperi! This tool is a must-have if the visual presentation of your products is crucial to your field sales process. It even provides custom-pricing. In a past consultancy role for a B2B security equipment distributor, we aimed to increase sales of less popular items. This was difficult as field sales consultants couldn't carry samples of all catalog items. However, integrating Pepperi made showcasing a broader range of inventory items simple and even enjoyable. It was successful! Within 6 months, the company experienced sales growth, including for lesser-known products. The field sales consultants used Android tablets, which made visualization, order taking, and order building faster and more efficient. The user interface is fantastic and easy to use, but it's a bit heavy. So, if your field sales reps are going to use it, make sure they have a good data plan to avoid any unwanted lag.

Pepperi: Impressive App Design for iPads, Despite Some Drawbacks
I've replaced the heavy catalogs and laptop I used to carry around with a lightweight iPad, thanks to Pepperi. The software provides high-quality images, a significant improvement over the printed catalogs that often become discolored and wrinkled. Now, the catalogs only show the products we have in stock, not the entire manufacturer's items. The inventory integration feature is particularly helpful as it ensures we only sell products that are available. Our B2B order center availability has increased with the storefront and Pepperi for buyers. The Apple app is excellent, and the Android app is very good. The graphics quality is excellent and there are lots of features. The customer support is pleasant, but not always readily available, which can be frustrating as everything takes a lot of time. There are many features, but adding them takes a long time and the cost is quite high for small businesses, in my opinion. The back-office and overall logic could use some improvement to better align with common language, especially when it comes to ERP.

Poor Customer Service, Limited Features, Unresolved Billing Issues
This is not my first complaint about Pepperi, a software provider. I had a previous billing issue that was only resolved after I posted an online review. The Pepperi team reached out to me, arranged a prompt refund, and requested me to remove the review. I complied, but I now see that the company's fundamental problems continue. Although the software works, it has limitations, and my post-payment interactions with the company have been disappointing. After nearly three years with Pepperi, I believe there are better alternatives available. Pepperi served us fairly well for almost three years, despite initial frustrations. We were sold a full-priced service that was evidently still under development for Android devices. The software is straightforward and easy for sales reps to use in the field, but it struggles to fully integrate with various accounting software packages. The customer service is subpar. If you encounter a technical issue on a Friday or Saturday, you're out of luck as the company, based in Israel, is closed.
