The software offers great visibility over partner deals and distributor activity, and automates and simplifies 90% of my daily tasks. Initially, it may seem like a significant time investment is needed to get your account up and running, but the payoff is definitely worth it. I recommend using the team to help you get started faster, but it's important to understand that setting up any partner portal will take time. However, within 90 days, you can expect a low-effort, high-return experience.

Top-tier, User-friendly Affiliate Network: PartnerStack
PartnerStack helps me by bringing all websites onto one platform and enabling me to join them as an affiliate. Many of these programs have their own affiliate programs and are also part of PartnerStack, which makes it more advantageous for me to join PartnerStack rather than individual website's affiliate programs. I especially value the reporting feature, which lets me track my referrals, their registration dates, performance, purchases, and emails. However, I find their payment methods restrictive. They only provide Stripe and PayPal, both of which are difficult to use in my country. I would like them to add Payoneer as an extra payment method for their affiliate users.

I don't like anything about PartnerStack. It's costly and inefficient, providing negative value. All clients referred by it have been fraudulent accounts with stolen credit cards. It's the worst platform I've ever used.

Simplest Route to Kickstart a Referral Scheme
I've found PartnerStack to be extremely collaborative and easy to work with during the launch of our Refer-A-Friend program. Despite our complex needs, they were patient, participated in several training and testing calls, and showed their commitment to our success. However, I wish the backend "recipes" that trigger our referral incentives were easier for me to understand and set up. I also wish our post-launch Support team was as responsive as they were during the onboarding phase. I chose PartnerStack because we already use it on another team at Aircall, which allowed me to add it to our contract and pay only about 10% of the price quoted by GetAmbassador.

PartnerStack: The Most User-Friendly Affiliate Platform Available
I use several affiliate networks and PartnerStack is by far the easiest one for me to use as a publisher. The process of signing up, customizing links, downloading resources, and communicating with the companies I work with is incredibly straightforward. However, the platform opens up in one of my affiliate partnerships instead of a central dashboard, which can be a bit inconvenient if I'm signed up for many programs. The left menu can also become a bit unmanageable. I wish the app would open with a dashboard showing top and bottom performing programs and the left navigation should have a filter or search option for quick access to the partnership I'm looking for. I chose PartnerStack mainly for its simple user interface.
