The support is excellent, providing instant and relevant responses to every inquiry, making it my preferred affiliate system. I would appreciate the ability to categorize affiliates in a customizable way, allowing me to group them by country or the product they're promoting for us. I would also like a more robust notes system to manually log each contact I have with the affiliate. I chose Post Affiliate Pro for its ease of implementation, live support, and cost. I've been using Post-Affiliate-Pro for a decade. The platform is stable and the tracking is generally reliable, but I believe there's a need for improved tracking methods due to the increasing difficulty of tracking customers due to various privacy tools. However, I think PAP provides one of the most comprehensive solutions for this. The process of setting up a custom domain and SSL could be improved, as it would be easier not to worry about updating the certificate files annually. Despite this, the technical support provided by the team is outstanding.

My overall experience with Post Affiliate Pro was somewhat challenging, especially when interacting with their support team. Luckily, my partner Faliscia Knuckles was more patient and managed most of the communication with them. They were generally responsive to our needs and their integration team was quite efficient, able to integrate anything we needed into the platform and set up our commission structure to our liking. However, the support team often contacted us in the middle of the night, resulting in us sometimes not receiving their messages until midday. Communication was also sometimes difficult due to language barriers. Visually, I don't think the site is as appealing as some other affiliate back offices I've seen. We switched to Post Affiliate Pro from Lead Dyno because the latter couldn't configure our commission structure at all. The vendor acknowledged my feedback, noting that some emails do reach them in the middle of the night and it can take a few hours to respond. They reassured me that their team is available.

It's easy to implement and the documentation for all the plugins and features is excellent. Whenever I have a question, the support team always responds promptly and comprehensively. I appreciate its ease of use and the great support. I've only used PAP for affiliates, and it seems like some other affiliate programs have a network of affiliates that could enhance your program, but I'm unsure if PAP offers that. I switched to Post Affiliate Pro because we moved our site to a different platform that wasn't compatible with our previous affiliate program.
