      Ordoro Basic is exactly what it claims to be - a comprehensive system for managing orders and shipping. Since I began using it, my orders have been dispatched faster, my shipping costs have significantly decreased, and order fulfillment now takes up a much smaller portion of my day. The best part is that my customers are happier and more likely to leave positive reviews, reorder, and try different products. Life was difficult before Ordoro! I feel like I can now share those old man stories like, "back in my day, we didn't have Ordoro. We had to manually copy and paste recipient addresses from Amazon to USPS.com." Now, orders are processed, labels are created, and customers are notified in just two clicks. The customer service is excellent, order processing is quicker, there's a higher return customer rate, and it's less time-consuming and headache-inducing. So far, Ordoro has completely revolutionized the way I do business.

      As a fast-growing startup, I find Ordoro extremely useful in managing our inventory across multiple sales channels. The chat box feature allows us to quickly get answers to our questions from the Ordoro team. The inventory management system lets us sell the same product on different channels while keeping the inventory live and updated. The program automatically loads the day's orders, allowing us to start working immediately upon arrival at the office. The packing list section provides all packing lists easily, along with a pick list with quantity and location of the item. The Product Order section is user-friendly, and I especially find the low inventory section helpful for identifying products that need resupplying. Creating purchase orders is straightforward and the program accurately assigns items to the correct PO, avoiding any confusion for our suppliers. Ordoro is the best program for growing businesses, supporting growth through dropshipping and in-house shipping, and providing a dashboard for tracking daily and monthly sales, shipping costs, and total orders.

      I've been using ORDORO for about 8 months now. Generally, it delivers on its promises - it's easy to set up and operate, and it allows me to import a large number of SKUs from other sources using spreadsheets. The shipping module is also straightforward and user-friendly. However, I've encountered problems with the kit/bundle totals not tallying correctly, leading to overselling when my inventory is low. Despite raising this issue multiple times, their responses have been dismissive, ranging from "no one else is having problems with it" to "We know about it but it is low on the priority to get fixed". If I make an error with the description or SKU, I can't correct it myself and have to submit a help ticket. For $200 a month, I expected better service. The CEO of Ordoro responded to my review, acknowledging the issue with kit calculations and promising a resolution in the next version.

      My experience with Ordoro has been absolutely fantastic. As a business owner selling through Magento, eBay, and Amazon, I've tried many shipping utilities before settling on Ordoro. It conveniently consolidates all our orders into one place for easy management. Previously, we spent at least an hour a day inputting orders, obtaining shipping quotes, and printing labels. Now, the same process takes about two minutes. The Ordoro team provides excellent customer service, typically responding to support emails within an hour and always being extremely friendly and helpful. The $25 a month is completely worth it and we couldn't be happier. The software boosts productivity, integrates multi-channel sales effectively, works across all platforms/computers/team members, is compatible with Dymo 4XL, allows for re-printing of shipping labels, offers low shipping rates, has a clean interface, and its mobile site is useful. I can't think of any downsides!

      Ordoro handles all the shipping needs for my brand, My Magic Mud, which has grown from one to 270 locations in just nine months. The software has scaled with us and for the price, I wouldn't choose anything else. It also saves us a significant amount on shipping with discounted USPS rates. I'm not affiliated with them, I'm just thankful for the technology they've developed that allows my small startup to compete with larger companies. It's incredibly functional for the price and enables us to ship quickly and in bulk. I can process and ship out a hundred orders in just a few hours. It offers great pricing packages for small to medium-sized operations and integrates well with BigCommerce and Amazon. It also has good inventory tracking. However, I wish I had more control over saving customer profiles and it lacks a good system for accounting. I also think Ordoro needs to improve its reporting mechanisms. Despite these minor issues, it's not a deal breaker for any startup or smaller operation.

It's easy to navigate due to its user-friendly interface, it's technically advanced with professional level quality, and it offers great features, particularly the deep discounts on regular USPS rates. The customer service is excellent for any technical queries, and there are many features that can be added as needed, which means you only pay for what you need. It's affordable and the technology is dependable. Currently, I can't think of any downsides.
