After years of experience with various ERP systems, NetSuite is my preferred choice due to its adaptability and user-friendliness across all sectors. I have been a NetSuite Administrator for eight years and I thoroughly enjoy my role and the software. I wouldn't think of using another ERP system. NetSuite is a potent tool, but it can be overwhelming due to its vast capabilities. I suggest investing time in understanding the available modules before deciding which one is perfect for your company. I transitioned to NetSuite because it's highly intuitive. Once a report template is set up, making modifications is straightforward. Adding new viewpoints to reports is easy and it adapts effortlessly. It's also excellent for monitoring inventory and inventory locations. We've upgraded to NetSuite WMS, Procurement.

The implementation team, hailing from various corners of the globe, broadened my perspective on international business practices. Even the mathematical errors we encountered were valuable lessons in the importance of meticulousness. I wholeheartedly recommend this software. Based on other reviews, it's clear that the company values diverse opinions. I highly recommend NetSuite as it meets all the needs of a manufacturer, regardless of size. It has allowed us to grow and expand. We're transitioning from manual stock counts to a barcode scanning system. We switched to NetSuite when we outgrew QuickBooks and are now focusing on mastering it as quickly as possible. This involves me spending a lot of time training and developing systems for other salespeople. A challenge we face is estimating the cost of an assembly by only looking at the BOM. The most recent information needs to be calculated and made available. It's easy to determine the gross margin as our earnings are based on a margin, and the numbers fluctuate throughout the day. Initially, some differences between NetSuite and other applications were confusing, but we are making progress, albeit slowly. The vendor responded positively to my review and suggested checking out the NetSuite Customer Community.

Recently, we had a unique situation where our entire site was down for 22 hours. It was a challenging time, but it gave us a chance to test our problem-solving skills. NetSuite was quick to respond, sending us an email 8 hours into the outage. It was a company-wide outage, and while we didn't have an estimated time of recovery, it was a great learning experience for us in terms of crisis management. In May 223, they took the opportunity to perform a 6-hour maintenance at the AP Sydney data center, which gave us a chance to focus on other important tasks. The communication process was quite interesting, as it encouraged us to take the initiative and raise a ticket. The implementation process was a learning curve, with most NetSuite partners providing us with a chance to grow and adapt. On the first anniversary, they surprised us with additional charges, which was a great reminder of the value of their services. Once migrated to NetSuite, they continually revise the fees, keeping us on our toes and reminding us of the ongoing investment in this robust platform.
