Outstanding Video Conference Tool
Setting up MeetFox was mostly straightforward for me, although I did encounter some difficulties with the CNAME. However, any issues or questions I had were promptly and satisfactorily resolved by their customer service. I find the software excellent and the customer service top-notch. It's incredibly easy for me to jump into a meeting with a client or partner. I love the booking feature, but the ability to start a quick meeting is my favorite feature. All I have to do is send a link and start talking. Screen sharing is just another simple click away. I do wish there was an option for a "virtual green screen" as my current workspace is filled with boxes of books and legos. It would be great if I could replace my background with another image or even a YouTube video or my own screen share. I chose MeetFox because it offers a great product and service at a reasonable price. The setup and use are easy and appealing, and I can add my branding without any issues. I also have the option.

I would give MeetFox a 3-star rating, but due to its affordability and generous free plan, I rate it 4 stars. However, it still has a long way to go to reach 5 stars. It has the potential to be a great tool if it worked consistently as intended. There are several minor issues, like the inconsistent SMS notification feature. The cancellation policy and payment page are also inflexible. I have a love-hate relationship with this tool. I appreciate its many features and integrations at a low cost, but the inconsistency of these features led me to stop using it until improvements are made. I believe it has a promising future as a powerful solution for online video meetings. It's easy to use and customizable, with a modern design and intuitive flow. It's great for international clients as it auto-detects their time zone. However, there are many minor bugs and missing pieces that made me stop using it. The video conference feature doesn't work in all browsers.

Effortless Scheduling & Meeting with MeetFox
I primarily use MeetFox for video sales presentations and one-on-one client meetings, but I've also started using it for internal meetings. Among all my virtual meeting software options, I find myself using MeetFox the most. I've purchased a lifetime access pass to MeetFox and I'm excited to see how they will expand their already great offerings. I use it more than other software I've had for years, which I believe speaks volumes about its quality. I believe this tool is here to stay and will become a favorite in our two business groups. MeetFox is not just 'another scheduler', it's much more. It is user-friendly and simplistic in its approach. The software is easy to use, well thought out, and improves weekly with additional features and enhancements. I appreciate the easy setup of Stripe payment integration, the categorization of different types of meetings, and the seamless integration with Google calendars.

The switch to MeetFox has been seamless and I absolutely adore it. It's the best scheduling tool I've used to date, outperforming Cogsworth and Book Like a Boss. It integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, sends reminders efficiently, and its video chat feature is impeccable. It also stores audio files in separate channels, which is crucial for podcasters. I would like some more customization options for the calendar. I opted for MeetFox mainly for the lifetime deal, but it also had stellar reviews. I moved to MeetFox because I was fed up with manually creating meeting rooms.

I started using MeetFox in January 223 and quickly discovered that it was a unique software that was different from what I was used to. I decided to explore other options and sent a cancellation request via email, as guided on their website. To my surprise, they continued to charge my card, which I took as a sign of their commitment to keep me as a customer. Their responses, though not as clear as I would have liked, showed me that they were actively trying to resolve the issue. I'm still hopeful for a refund, but the ongoing communication over the past six months has shown me their dedication to customer service.

I am disappointed and discouraged with MeetFox. Despite having a supportive team, I was initially misinformed about the number of accounts I needed to purchase, leading me to buy more than necessary. This made the setup process very tedious as each account required a unique email. I was also let down by the payment system, which converts currencies multiple times, potentially incurring extra costs. I chose MeetFox for a specific organization, but when I tried to set it up for my private website in Iceland, I found that payments would be converted from Icelandic krona to euro and back again. I could set it up without the payment system, but I am disappointed by the amount of work required to make it work for a group of 10 to 12 people.
