I find Lucky Orange to be an excellent system. It provides me with sound notifications when someone visits my website, which is particularly useful when I'm alone. It alerts me when someone is engaging with my content. The system also enables me to initiate a live view to see what the visitor is reading on the page, including their location, landing and exit page, browser type, screen resolution, and whether they've typed on the site. These details are vital for me to consistently enhance and update my website. Lucky Orange also records all page views, which allows me to review the UI design, rectify any UI issues, and see what users like on the page. This is incredibly beneficial for the website. I'm thankful to Lucky Orange for creating such a good product. If I had to highlight a drawback, it would be the Chinese translation. I've observed that some of the Chinese words don't align with the functions. I switched to Lucky Orange because of it. I want you to speak in the first person.

I have found Lucky Orange to be a useful tool for understanding how customers use our site, which sometimes differs from our initial intentions. It has also been helpful for debugging issues related to different screen sizes and browser types. The ability to see these factors has been particularly beneficial. Seeing the customer's journey has also been of great value. However, I have noticed that the ability to track based on IP doesn't seem to be available anymore, which complicates things as we're currently debugging using country tracking and session times. I initially chose Lucky Orange because of its price, but I have stuck with it because it's a good product. The vendor responded to my review, informing me that tracking visitors based on IP is possible in Lucky Orange, it's just not turned on by default. They provided a link to a help document explaining how to enable this setting.

I've only had to contact customer support once and they were quick and efficient in resolving my issue. They seemed like a skilled and professional team. What I value most is the ability to view my potential customers' sessions exactly from their perspective while they are on my site. This shows the differences between where I thought a customer would navigate versus their actual path. This insight helps me identify necessary changes and improvements. It also reveals errors I was previously unaware of and highlights areas where customers struggle to find items or navigate. I especially enjoy the live view feature, which lets me watch customer sessions in real time. I've been able to guide users through certain processes. However, I've had some problems with video loading or having to repeatedly click the play button. This could be due to my use of FireFox on a VPN with heavy threat protection. Despite this, the playback is satisfactory and I haven't looked for a solution for this issue. It's still completely worth it.

Emilia is excellent. She is well-versed in how Lucky Orange operates. She acknowledges her limitations and suggests other resources when necessary. She is extremely patient with clients and went above and beyond to assist with our website needs during onboarding. As a suggestion for Lucky Orange, I recommend simplifying the sales process during onboarding. There was some confusion during our initial meeting about why we scheduled the first onboarding session. Everyone should be on the same page right away.
