I'm confident in the deliverability of the emails we receive without any extra effort from us. My only suggestion would be for Kickbox to keep an internal database of every email it checks through the API, saving the result to prevent re-running an email verification. I began looking for a new tool after my previous one behaved dishonestly. I was introduced to Kickbox, who gave me 1,000 free credits. I used these to test 1,000 records and compared the results with my existing vendor. I discovered that many records marked as OK by my previous vendor actually bounced, while Kickbox accurately marked them as NOT OK. I didn't test the records marked as not OK by my previous vendor but OK by Kickbox, but I felt I was missing out. With such tools, there's always a degree of uncertainty, but Kickbox goes a step further by assessing addresses to estimate their quality and identifying "Free", "Disposable" or "Role" addresses. Unlike my previous vendor, Kickbox doesn't charge for the ones it can't predict. They also have a sliding scale for charges - the more credits you purchase, the cheaper they become.

I've had issues with other email verification tools giving me bad bounce rates of up to 10%, but Kickbox proved to be more accurate with a bad bounce rate of less than .5 percent. It outperformed any other tools I've tried. The functions were straightforward and loading my file took only a minute. I was impressed with how quickly it works, even when I upload a large list, it only takes minutes for the list to be verified. The quality of results is also superior to other tools I've used. I've used 3 or 4 services before, and so far, Kickbox has been the best performing tool. I chose Kickbox Email Verification because our contact at Hubspot recommended it as a great tool for this.

I've found Kickbox to be excellent for data cleansing. I've used it to clean all our lists on Hubspot due to numerous soft or hard bounces from our old data. It's very user-friendly and completes the task within 5 minutes. It provides quality verifications and is easy to integrate with CRMs. However, I'm confused about why there's a lack of details for contacts listed as Risky. The undeliverable ones are clear, but the risky ones don't have any data or reasons behind them. For example, I tested one of my colleague's emails and it was labeled as RISKY, but there was no explanation for this label.
