-

-
High maintenance workflows: While JazzHR's workflow integration can automate many administrative tasks, it requires a lot of maintenance to stay updated and current. This can be time-consuming and challenging for businesses with limited resources

An All-Inclusive Applicant Tracking Solution
I find JazzHR to be a user-friendly Applicant Tracking System (ATS), especially beneficial for entry-level recruiters. The support and resources provided to navigate the system are superior to any other customer support team I've encountered. Despite some limitations in customization and pricing, my overall experience with JazzHR has been positive. The interface is one of the cleanest and most intuitive I've seen on an ATS. As a full desk recruiter, I find the job integrations, reporting capabilities, resume reviews, and background checks extremely helpful. The customer support team is very responsive and offers a wide range of trainings and resources. However, some businesses might find JazzHR more expensive than other robust ATSs in the market. The reporting features are quite basic and may not provide deeper insights such as industry trends, market salaries, and prime talent locations. I also find the candidate communication options lacking, as I've had difficulty sending bulk emails and customizing my communication templates.

Powerful Recruitment Tool with Robust Analytics: JazzHR
I find the JazzHR software user-friendly with numerous relevant built-in fields. It offers integrations to various software and even includes a data pulling API. The customizable comprehensive reports are extremely useful in evaluating and enhancing our process. We've only recently started using it, but it already outperforms the previous tools we've used. We opted for JazzHR due to its affordable pricing, robust system, comprehensive reports, and their onboarding program. We transitioned from Crelate as they failed to deliver on their promise of new features and improvements. Moreover, their additional fields were not complimentary and were quite costly.

Exploring JazzHR ATS: A Game-Changer in Recruitment Workflow Management
I was looking for a more advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that offered more technical flexibility than our previous system, and I found JazzHR to be the perfect fit. It gives me a lot of control over settings and workflows, which can be a bit challenging to maintain, but ultimately provides a more customized experience for our recruitment team. I appreciate that the program focuses on its strength - workflow integration. If set up correctly, it can automate about 75% of time-consuming administrative tasks. However, its greatest strength can also be its weakness. The workflow management is excellent when properly set up, but it requires a lot of maintenance to stay updated and current. I chose JazzHR for its price and functionality. I switched from BambooHR because it was a very basic program that didn't offer much user control.

JazzHR: A Game-Changer for Recruitment with Superior Customer Service and Security
Absolutely love JazzHR! As the owner of a recruitment company in Sweden with over 1 employees, we made the decision to switch to The Resumator and it was a game-changer. Initially, we encountered a few technical hiccups with the ATS, but their customer service was quick to address our concerns. I was so impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. They kept us in the loop with weekly updates on the progress of our concerns. Even the CEO took the time to reach out to us, which really showed their dedication to their clients. There was a brief period where our account was inaccessible, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It gave us a chance to regroup and strategize, and when we were back online, we were more efficient than ever. They even sent us an email apologizing for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. What really sets The Resumator apart is their billing process. They charged my Visa card, but it was a smooth and transparent process. I was so relieved to see a company that values honesty and integrity in their financial dealings. Switching to The Resumator was one of the best decisions we've made. Their ATS is top-notch and their large customer base is a testament to their quality service. They have a unique system where they securely store your Visa card number and only release it when you call them, ensuring maximum security. I wholeheartedly recommend The Resumator ATS. Their commitment to customer service and their superior product make them a standout in the industry.

Exploring the Other Side of JazzHR: Tony Bennett's Perspective
I selected JazzHR for its wide network of contacts, but I think their customer service could be better. I also find the prices of other companies on the platform quite high. I moved to JazzHR because the service needs improvement and indeed.com had disabled my ad.

Newcomer's Take on JazzHR: Value and Features Galore
I consider JazzHR to be excellent value for money due to its features and easy implementation. I value the help with importing resumes, but I wish it had a feature to import my templates. If I must input my templates manually, I'd prefer a more advanced editor. After a thorough feature comparison, I chose JazzHR as it had all the features I needed at a good price, making it the best value.

Solid Investment with Great Functionality
I think JazzHR is a good value for money and offers a great user experience. It's simple to set up and use, and it links smoothly to various job boards for extensive job postings. It also has numerous efficient integrations. However, the career page wasn't effective for us because it grouped all our locations together, instead of allowing location-based searches.

Suitable Choice for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses
I find JazzHR to be a highly effective Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing candidates and managing pipelines, and it's reasonably priced. The customer support is outstanding, even providing training for our managers when we introduced interview assessments and feedback requirements. However, I might consider another platform due to the reporting aspect. JazzHR is easy to implement and offers customization for application screening and assessments. The bulk action feature is a significant time-saver in recruitment, allowing us to shortlist, disqualify, and provide feedback to candidates using filters. My main issue is with reporting - it's challenging to extract actionable data from the platform based on how it's collected. If we want to include interviews in our reporting data, all interviews must be scheduled through the platform, which we've had issues with. The same applies to offers - they need to be sent to the candidate through Jazz to be tracked. Also, when we clone and repost jobs to keep them at the top of job.

Personalized Experience with JazzHR: A Refreshing Approach to Customer Service
I'm thrilled to share my experience with JazzHR! The subscription process is so straightforward and unique. Instead of an online cancellation option, they provide a more personalized approach. You can either email or call them directly, which I find quite refreshing in this digital age. I've been using their service for three months now and I'm so satisfied that I haven't felt the need to cancel. Their commitment to customer retention is commendable. It's clear they value their customers and want to ensure we're getting the most out of their service. I'm so pleased with JazzHR that I'm even considering recommending it to my colleagues!

Value for Money with JazzHR
I use JazzHR for electronic tracking of all applications and single-click job board posting. It's cost-effective and superior to not having an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It enables me to post to multiple free job boards, store, track, and update all applications in one place, and communicate with applicants. I can also comment on and keep records of multiple applications for an applicant, and send bulk emails. However, compared to other ATS in the same price range, JazzHR has many unnecessary features and lacks some key basic ones. Its reporting features are complex and impractical, and the screening and interview features don't suit our environment. It lacks basic features like automatic replies when changing status. As an admin, I don't have control over access levels. I can set users up by predefined positions such as "super user", but I can't customize what a "super user" is. I feel that the sales and customer service could be improved.

Effortless ATS Solution with JazzHR
My overall experience with JazzHR has been positive. I appreciate their helpful customer service and find the product easy to use. The reporting section allows me to easily generate data and the customization of workflows and task assignments enables notifications to be sent to the right staff when they have a candidate to review or a decision to make. JazzHR has saved my company a significant amount of money in recruiting costs. However, they don't have a contract with Indeed for job sponsorship. Jobs are posted to Indeed, but if I need to sponsor the job, I have to go through Indeed instead of JazzHR. I wish I could use one application for all my recruiting needs. I switched to JazzHR to save money and to have job postings on more than one website.
