      I found the FullStory software to be excellent - it was user-friendly and extremely helpful for debugging issues and monitoring usage abuse. However, I was let down by the service and pricing packages. The cost for the basic package was raised from $199 to $899, a 450% increase, which I found excessive. When I voiced my concern, particularly as I had referred a new client, they did not acknowledge my role as an existing partner bringing in a customer and did not make any concessions or offer me the old price as a one-time exception. Despite my loyalty as a customer and partner, no exception was made. I initially chose FullStory because it was easy to get started with and I could identify users by inputting certain parameters.
