However, the site doesn't fully integrate with major job boards or social media, meaning advert responses don't automatically list against my roles and instead go into my email. There is a 365 integration that simplifies transferring these into the system, but it can be time-consuming if I have a lot of responses to manage. I chose Firefish for its logical task and workforce management, ease of use, website and email integration, and exceptional customer service, as evidenced by the level of customization available.

Despite being assured in three separate meetings that the software would meet our needs, we discovered during a training session that it couldn't. Alan McFadden, a representative, denied making these assurances and falsely claimed that all their meetings were recorded. The CEO, focused solely on profit, refused to issue a refund even after admitting that Alan had lied about the meeting recordings. I would advise others to steer clear of this software.

      I appreciate the interface and navigability of Firefish software. It works well most of the time and is generally intuitive. There are some areas that could be improved, but the company is open to feedback and constantly seeks to improve their software. I've used other recruitment software before that was hard to use, but Firefish's functionality and management capabilities are superior. My team enjoys using it and it has helped us boost our workflow and conversions. A recent update seemed unnecessary and somewhat reduced its usability. However, I think new users wouldn't notice this and my team is adapting to the update. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend this system. The vendor responded positively to my feedback, which I appreciate.

They remind me a lot of Hubspot.
