I've had a positive experience with the software, empuls. The product has improved over time and still has potential for further enhancements. I particularly appreciate the peer-to-peer recognition feature, which is easy to use and visible to the entire organization. However, I believe the survey component could be improved. It's not straightforward to set up and launch a survey, and I think there should be an option to conduct quizzes. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me for my feedback, and assured me that the survey module is designed for easy deployment. They also provided a link for more information and expressed appreciation for my association with them.

I find empuls quite impressive. It allows me to show appreciation to my friends for their assistance and we even receive some extra cash. The leaderboard feature is thrilling and I would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in trying it out. Everyone enjoys being rewarded for their hard work and empuls makes this simple. It's one of the top platforms that lets you reward your employees in various categories and send them a bonus that can be exchanged for hundreds of vouchers. The user interface is excellent and easy to navigate and I rarely experience any problems with the website. Rewards are also delivered quite quickly. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking to implement employee recognitions in their company. The only downside to empuls is that their platform randomly removes vouchers from the store without any notice, which can be annoying. Additionally, their customer service could be better. That's all.

However, I wish there were more customizable options, like organization level certificate templates. I also encountered issues integrating Namely, leading to manual user management. The vendor acknowledged my feedback, sharing my concern about Namely integration with their team. They also provided help through live chat support and their email, support@empuls.io.

After sharing my feedback, the vendor responded, asking for specific details about the unfriendly aspects of the interface and assured me they would improve it.
