I've been a loyal customer of Egnyte for an impressive 8 years and recently made the decision to streamline all my cloud services, which led me to close my account. Even though I was fully paid up and had a few days left until the next cycle, they were proactive in ensuring my account was settled, citing an old agreement that had ended a year ago. Since then, I had been on a quarterly basis and had fully paid for the current quarter. They were so thorough that they even considered charging me for the next quarter to ensure everything was in order. When I questioned the charges, they were quick to remind me of their terms, showing their commitment to transparency and adherence to their policies. Their unique approach to customer service has certainly left an impression on me and I will always remember my time with them. Their dedication to their terms and conditions, as well as their proactive approach to billing, is something I will carry with me as I move forward.

I value the ability to install Egnyte drives on my machine as it streamlines file browsing, downloading, and updating by integrating directly into my operating system. I find it incredibly useful that Egnyte lets me revert to previous versions or restore deleted files, particularly when dealing with file or human errors. I also appreciate their online web tool for searching, as it overcomes the limitations of the operating system that can slow down the search. This tool is also great for file management and version control. However, the only drawback I've experienced is that Egnyte requires a fairly strong and fast internet connection to work properly. There have been times when this has disappointed me and caused file malfunctions between users.
