I appreciate the various withdrawal options, the Deel Advance feature for receiving payments in advance, and the relatively low fees. I also value the direct deposits to my bank account in my local currency, with exchange rates that are better than those offered by local banks. However, I can only request one Deel Advance at a time and if I need another one, I have to wait until the next payout, even if the advance was a small amount. My company switched to Deel to improve the management of payments to our overseas employees. The Deel team responded to my review, expressing their pleasure at my positive feedback and their dedication to continually enhancing their service.

Smooth Sailing Until Purchase, Then a Shipwreck
My experience with Deel was extremely disappointing. I was initially attracted by their promising pitch and the concept of their service, which seemed long overdue. However, I was charged a full monthly service fee despite joining on the 21st of the month and not receiving any service or paychecks for that month. Their customer service was non-existent, failing to respond to my inquiries and not providing a phone number for support. I was promised a call from a supervisor that never came. A critical issue arose when my employee's paycheck, which was due a week ago, never arrived. Despite a paystub on the Deel platform indicating payment, the money was never transferred to his bank. I've received no response to my inquiries about this issue. The lack of support, limited control over salary, default options unsuitable for most businesses, and a mediocre healthcare plan were all negatives. The worst part was not getting paid and having no way to communicate with a human about the issue. Despite only using the service.

I find Deel to be a fantastic platform. Everything is automated and it offers great features like the Deel advance, which allows me to automatically request a pre-approved advance relative to my monthly income. It also helps me track payments and manage custom invoices quickly. Living in Kenya, I appreciate the automatic tax compliance. I'm on the waitlist for the tax advice feature where they pair you with a real tax specialist. My supervisor has noted that their support team is responsive to emails. I'm looking forward to trying out Deel perks in the future, where they partner with other companies to offer discounts and other perks.

I've been using Deel for 1 months and it's been fantastic. I have no complaints, but I would suggest they consider partnering with Binance again for payments, as the other options can be stressful and are not available in all countries like Binance is. They could use FUSD in Binance. Overall, Deel is great and I highly recommend it. I'm still using it and find it amazing.

I absolutely adore Deel! I believe more people should definitely utilize it. It's straightforward, user-friendly, and provides all the necessary information. It's also extremely quick and always punctual. International transfers can be challenging, but Deel simplifies it significantly. The only drawback is the lack of an app, but overall, it's fantastic. I switched to Deel because Paypal was taking too much of my funds and the transfer to my local national account sometimes took nearly 2 weeks. The Deel team responded to my review in September 2023, expressing their pleasure that I found their platform easy and convenient to use.
