My overall experience with CrossHero has been quite positive as it has significantly simplified the management of my Box. I particularly value the automatic and manual engagement features. However, I find it to be too general. I wish I could segregate my database more and tailor it more to the specific needs of my business, my country's culture, and the usage for each type of customer. In essence, I wish it was more customizable to meet the requirements and needs of my business. It also assists me in managing the number of people attending each time slot. However, some of my clients find it challenging to use, and I wish there were more instructional videos for each section. The time I save on certain tasks, I end up spending explaining to each client how to use the app. I also believe the feature to send automatic messages via WhatsApp could be enhanced, and there should be an option for automatic recording of monthly expenses. For instance, enabling the monthly invoice charge for local rent and utilities payment. I opted for CrossHero because a post piqued my interest. Generally, there's nothing we dislike, but we feel it could offer more financial reports or allow users to generate them based on their needs for more analysis variables. We also suggest that they allow the installation of the box logo. We chose CrossHero for its integration of financial and operational aspects, its reasonable cost, and its ease of use. In summary, CrossHero has indeed helped me find control and order in the service I provide. It has successfully consolidated tools that I previously used separately, allowing me to have unified control from a single application, view and analyze business metrics, interact more efficiently with my customers, and provide more security in payments, billing dates, and reservation systems for all my users. A very positive aspect is that the software works continuously and has not presented any communication problems between the provider and the user. The application has greatly improved the order in my center. One improvement I could suggest is that customers could include their data on muscle mass percentages, adipose tissue, water, among others, and be able to observe a progress chart when they introduce new data. This is something that some customers have mentioned. I chose CrossHero for its ease of use and the tools it offers that are accurately oriented for my center. What CrossHero offers allows me to unify the different templates I had created, reducing my time on administrative activities.
