The customer service has been flawless, and the technical advice and service have been prompt. Overall, this software and its support team are excellent. It's easy to promote our products through search and recommendations. The setup process was seamless, thanks to the highly responsive and understanding Clerk team. They've been able to handle our often complex needs and questions. The results speak for themselves - we've seen an increase in conversions and received expert advice from the Clerk.io team on best practices, even those that don't directly involve using their app. Whenever I have any issues, I contact them and so far, every issue has been resolved within one conversation. It's hard to find a downside to this service. We've been using and tweaking it from day one and have had no problems. We chose Clerk.io after searching through countless apps for live search.

Dismal Integration Quality and Equally Poor Tech Support
I was initially attracted to Clerk because of its easy implementation and wide range of services like email, recommendations, and search. However, my experience integrating it with Magento 2 was terrible. It was full of bugs and for nearly three weeks, I couldn't connect Clerk to my store. The support provided was non-technical and they kept offering the same unhelpful advice. Their support was slow and unless I constantly pursued them for solutions, they would quickly go quiet. I even had to use my own developer and resources to implement a fix because their support was so ineffective. Ultimately, Clerk cancelled our contract, claiming they couldn't fix the issue. This has been my most disappointing experience with any SaaS provider so far. They have set a new standard for incompetence.

Clerky: The Most Valuable Among 32 Tools We Use at Watery
As the title suggests, I use about 32 different ecommerce tools in my business to operate and scale it. Looking at the data today, none of the other tools increase our average order value by 96 kr. as much as when a customer clicks on a Clerk.io content. I believe this speaks volumes. Without a product that delivers as promised and adds value to our business, aspects like customer service, pricing, design, and other things surrounding the core product are irrelevant. As a customer of Watery.dk for over 2 years, I can confidently say that the product from Clerk.io truly works and brings immense value to my business. This is through website recommendations, website search, and email recommendations, which gather more data daily and use it to display the best product for each customer. Additionally, the customer service, pricing, and design are just as good as the product itself. When I started using Clerk about 2.5 years ago, there were several things I felt were missing from it.
