Absolute Worst Payment App Experience!
This is the worst payment app I've ever used. I attempted several times to deposit money into my account, but all my attempts were blocked, despite using a personal debit card under my name, which is the same name registered on the Cash App. The customer service was extremely unhelpful, refusing to answer my questions or help resolve my deposit transfer issues, claiming it was for the protection of my account. After blocking four of my deposits, they told me I needed to build up a history first. The app's functionality is very limited, as are the instructions. Compared to Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle, this payment app is a joke. It's an overly simplistic cash movement system. I was never able to deposit money into my account, so I couldn't use it. There are only a limited number of ways to deposit money into the account. They suggested I go to a store that accepts Cash App, pay cash to them, and then they could transfer it to my account.

What I value most about this software is its user-friendliness and popularity. Most of my friends, clients, and others use this app daily. My least favorite aspect is the subpar customer service and the fact that it can be easily hacked, potentially locking me out of my own account with no way to recover my funds. I chose Cash App over other options because more of my friends and clients use it, making payments easier to send and receive. I primarily switched to Cash App because more of my friends were using it.

This allowed us to order food from a restaurant before it closed. I've had bad experiences with Venmo, including a time when it held $900 I sent to my girlfriend for three days. She had to call them to complete the transfer. I appreciate how easy it is to send money to new people with Cash App. I also use Zelle, but only because they don't take a portion of the funds. However, Zelle often has issues and can take days to process. Cash App is reliable. I once had a problem changing the debit card linked to the app, but it corrected itself after a few weeks. I chose Cash App because it's more secure and has a simple interface. I initially thought it was a bootleg version of Venmo, but I was wrong.
