CartStack offers an additional touch to potential guests, assisting in finalizing sales. I value the ability to monitor the revenue produced by abandoned cart emails. The most impressive aspect of CartStack is their outstanding customer service. When we changed webmasters and unintentionally disrupted some of CartStack's tracking, they consistently reached out to make sure the problem was fixed, even though their payment didn't depend on it. They were genuinely worried about their product's performance. Up to now, I haven't come across any negatives. I appreciate their commitment to helping us regain lost reservations.

I've had an excellent experience with CartStack. It has been incredibly effective in recovering orders and was very simple to set up. All I needed to do was create an online account, establish a reminder campaign, and insert the code into my website. It was much simpler than I expected. The online statistics are impressive and offer immediate feedback on performance. Initially, there were minor problems with the software not detecting people who ordered or timing out when they used an off-site payment method like PayPal. However, the support team was outstanding and made several adjustments behind the scenes to fix these issues. I received a response from the vendor in March 2021, expressing gratitude for my positive feedback.

I think that CartStack offers a solid product at a fair price. It has more than paid for itself and allows us to give our clients extra product information to help their buying decisions. The software was simple to install on our eCommerce platform and lets us reach out to customers with abandoned shopping carts. We can tell them that buying direct will give them better service and help keep prices low for everyone. However, the email customization dashboard is somewhat lacking in its capabilities. It would be helpful to have a more intuitive WYSIWYG editor to align with our branding in the emails we send. I appreciate the chance to give feedback and thank CartStack for helping us recover lost clients.

Impressive ROI with CartStack!
I find CartStack incredibly easy to use. After just one booking from CartStack's emails, the cost for the entire year is covered. The reminder emails and the offers we include in follow-up emails really help to secure undecided customers. As long as we're in business, we'll continue using this software. As an Innkeeper, I appreciate the weekly notifications about how many potential customers were contacted, how many decided to book, and the total dollar value. It's a constant reminder that CartStack is doing its job. I haven't yet used the software to its fullest capacity, so I'm excited to explore further to see if there are more ways to encourage potential guests to complete their bookings.

I've seen substantial revenue recovery with CartStack and their support has been quick. If the tracking works correctly and there's sufficient traffic to your booking engine, the results are outstanding. However, there are numerous tracking problems with different booking engines and sometimes, it just doesn't work.

Powerful Tool for Specific Task: CartStack
I use CartStack to automatically generate abandoned cart emails and recover lost sales. I only send one email per cart, but I'm aware that the software has more advanced features that I haven't yet explored. Some of these features may not be relevant to my B2B industry, but others could potentially be useful. I appreciate that CartStack continually offers new features, such as the recently added call tracking, which will allow me to see how many phone calls are generated from the abandoned cart emails. I find CartStack effective and generally easy to use. However, I do find the HTML editor frustrating as it's not as flexible as I would like. I either have to use my own HTML code or use the provided templates, which are difficult to edit. I can only use the WYSIWYG editor and can't make HTML edits behind the scenes. Additionally, some of our product titles have dimensions, including apostrophes to designate inches, and these characters can't be displayed in our Cart.

Boosts Sales and Pays for Itself - A No-Brainer!
I've had an excellent experience with CartStack and I'm not being paid to say this. The integration process was seamless and all my queries were promptly addressed. If you're involved in any form of email marketing, not having this software would be a foolish decision. Despite the additional monthly fees, the results after the first month are undeniable. As long as they maintain their pricing and continue their excellent work, I'm more than satisfied. I've encountered no issues with the software, even with the updated email templates and constant new features. How can you complain about more business? I chose CartStack for these reasons. I appreciated their response and kind words in September 2021.
