I've experienced excellent customer support from Xoxoday. Whenever I've had a query related to a voucher or gift card and emailed their customer support, I've found that half of my problem is already solved. I've built a strong relationship with them and I'm grateful to have Xoxoday as our vendor. They provide top-class brands of vouchers and gift cards with secure and encrypted link generation. I've also had a very supportive key account manager, Poornima Rajendra. They offer the best class of branded vouchers and are available in most of the market.

I initially started using it as a test, but I plan to continue if the issue with currency conversion is resolved. However, the currency conversion process is complex and happens four times, significantly reducing the value of the rewards. I hope this issue will be fixed soon, as it would make Xoxoday an excellent platform for rewarding team members and employees. The vendor has responded to my feedback, stating they are working on a multi-currency system with no conversion charge, which should be live by August 2021.
