      Very US-Centric - Wording Issues

I find Workable to be very USA-oriented in its wording and advertising options. Inviting recruiters to jobs is not user-friendly as it only allows one invitation at a time. I also think it would be beneficial to have detailed step-by-step guides for hiring managers and recruiters, as I constantly have to guide them on how to upload a candidate.

Strong ATS with Unique Features, Yet Room for Improvement

I think Workable has a lot of potential and it's the best Applicant Tracking System (ATS) I've used so far. Its user interface and experience are superior to most ATS I've used, and it's highly intuitive. My hiring managers find it easy to use for interviewing and evaluating candidates. The speed of the site and app are impressive, and I appreciate the customization of the careers page. However, the migration and implementation process was a nightmare. I had to import 19,000 files from my previous system into a single Excel document by myself, without any assistance from the Workable team. When I contacted customer service, they only provided half of the solution. I've expressed my concerns but received no interest in improving my experience. The "people search" function is neat, but it only has 4 filters, which leads to information overload. The AI job description creation feature is excellent, but there's no way to adjust the prompt. The self-scheduling link has confused several of my candidates.

Exploring the Intricate User Experience of Workable: A Review

I recently signed up for Workable and was thrilled by the unique and intricate user experience it offers. It was like embarking on an exciting journey, exploring the software's many features. The pricing structure was a bit of a puzzle, but it added to the overall intrigue. I received an email from them stating they couldn't post our job ad, which was a bit of a surprise, but I appreciated their transparency. I was so engrossed in the software that I didn't realize I had spent a good 5 minutes on it already! The concept of Workable is absolutely brilliant, and I can see the potential it holds. I believe their product managers and UX designers are doing a commendable job, but there's always room for improvement. It's exciting to think about how much more they can achieve with a few tweaks here and there. I'm giving it a solid four stars for its potential and the fact that it's a Greek company, which adds an exotic touch to it. I'm looking forward to seeing how Workable evolves and improves in the future!

Exploring Workable: A Journey of Learning and Growth

I spent several exciting weeks learning how to use Workable and creating job listings. The software is packed with complex features that were a bit challenging to navigate at first, but I found this to be a great opportunity to expand my skills. My company, not being a consumer-facing brand, didn't initially have a website which Workable required for job postings. This led us to create our own website, an endeavor that took a few weeks but was ultimately rewarding as it added another dimension to our business. Despite our initial difficulties with posting jobs on Workable, their customer service was always there to provide explanations and guidance. They were honest about the limitations they faced, which I appreciated. After leaving a review and suggesting they hire more customer service agents to better assist users, our account was promptly reviewed. My experience with Workable was a learning curve, but it was also a journey of growth. They were responsive to our feedback and quick to take action, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you express any dissatisfaction, they are quick to review your account and take necessary actions. Overall, my experience with Workable was a testament to their dedication to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Exploring Workable: A Startup's Experience with a Professional Recruitment Platform

As a startup professional recruitment firm, I decided to give Workable a try and started a free trial with the intention of making it my primary ATS/job posting board. Despite my company not having a website, Workable was open to exploring other ways to verify my business. I even reached out to the CEO about my situation and was pleasantly surprised when my message was promptly passed on to another dedicated employee. They offered me some insightful advice, suggesting that I focus my efforts on other aspects of my business before posting jobs on their site. Their customer service was quite impressive. I would definitely recommend them!

Caution: Sales Tactics Overshadow Quality - Proceed with Care!

I found Workable to be a reliable tool with a straightforward, neat layout that was easy to personalize and teach to my team. It fulfilled our requirements and offered a good amount of customization for our unique hiring process. However, I had a poor experience with the sales team. We initially intended to renew our contract after a year, but after realizing we were overpaying for an unreliable feature, we decided to switch to a cheaper ATS. When we told Workable we wouldn't renew two weeks before the contract ended, the sales rep rudely insisted that a previous verbal agreement was binding and that we were stuck for another year. I was disappointed that Workable seemed more focused on trapping customers into contracts than understanding why they wanted to leave. The company did apologize for my negative experience and promised to further discuss the issues I raised.

      TA Interns' Insight on Workable

I think Workable is fantastic and it makes me feel very comfortable working with our TA team and the product. I appreciate everything about it, particularly its user-friendliness and clear labeling. The only minor issue we occasionally encounter is duplicating candidates for different job roles, but we haven't faced any other issues so far.

Exploring Workable: A User's Perspective on HR and Hiring

My overall experience with Workable has been positive. The HR team is very pleasant and patient in their communication with candidates. We mainly use Workable for hiring as it enables us to easily locate and connect with potential hires. However, we have faced problems with fake managers and candidates. We initially used Cieple for hiring in the USA, but later transitioned to Workable.

Excellent for Hiring, Falls Short on Analytics

As a user, I appreciate that Workable, being a cloud-based software, enables remote team collaboration on recruitment. However, I find its job posting format too standard, limiting customization and branding. I also encounter issues with the reporting feature, particularly with malfunctioning tracking links for application origins, especially with LinkedIn ads. Additionally, extracting data for reporting is challenging as it requires exporting to work with it and link back to clients' paid LinkedIn ads.

I recently set up an account and a job listing on Workable and was thrilled to start receiving candidates almost immediately! There was a brief hiccup where my account was temporarily suspended, but it gave me a chance to interact with their support team. Exploring Recruitment Diversity and Efficiency with Workable

I've been using Workable and it's been quite an interesting journey! The platform has given me a wide range of job applications to sift through. It's been fascinating to see the diversity of applicants, some of whom have unique perspectives and approaches. While it's true that some candidates didn't attend interviews or seemed to apply for roles that didn't quite match their skill set, it's given me a chance to refine my recruitment process and better define the roles I'm offering. It's been a learning curve, but I'm confident that with Workable, I'm on the right track to finding the perfect fit for my team.

Streamlining Recruitment and HR Processes with Workable ATS

I find Workable to be an excellent Applicant Tracking System (ATS) packed with useful features. It's user-friendly and integrates well with other products like HRIS, enabling me to manage the entire recruitment process from the platform. It also assists with HR processes such as contract signing and onboarding. Workable allows me to share candidate information not only within my team but also with external stakeholders. As an in-house recruiter, I can share the process with hiring managers and manage everything through the platform. If I were an external-agency recruiter, the client could give me access to manage the cycle and tag those involved in the process. However, there are times when I have to manually input candidate information. The decision to switch to Workable was a management choice based on the features it offers.

      Delighting with Workable!

I really value how Workable enables my team to view each other's comments and updates in real time. I find the calendaring feature excellent as it allows us to invite candidates and syncs with our Outlook calendar, simplifying our lives. Workable also sends emails about upcoming trainings, which we find very beneficial. What I adore most about Workable is its intuitiveness and user-friendliness. We barely need to train new employees on how to use the system. I also value that the system saves my work, letting me return to my notes without starting over. Currently, there's nothing I would complain about or wish to change with Workable. We opted for Workable over other options because it was more cost-effective. We transitioned to Workable from our previous company because our contract ended and the previous company was unresponsive when we requested additional training. Another reason for the switch was the cost. I'm pleased that Workable has been easy to adopt and meets our needs.

Workable HR Software: A Robust, High-Performing Comprehensive Tool

I believe Workable is a powerful HR tool that enables candidate sourcing, collaborative hiring, and customizable workflows, resulting in streamlined recruiting and improved hiring results. However, I find it quite expensive and slightly less flexible than I require. Despite these drawbacks, I still view Workable as a strong option for businesses looking for a comprehensive HR solution. It simplifies recruiting, allowing me to handle job postings and candidate communication in one location. Collaborative hiring with multiple team members brings diverse viewpoints and informed decisions. I value the customizable workflows and the capability to automate screening processes. The mobile accessibility, integrations with other tools like Slack and Zapier, and reporting and analytics are extremely beneficial. Customer support is also available through various channels. However, I find Workable's pricing to be high for smaller businesses, particularly if they need to buy add-ons. There are some integration restrictions and limited customizations. Some automations can make the candidate experience feel robotic. I have also faced some issues.

The Only Applicant Tracking System You'll Ever Need!

I find Workable to be perfect! It has numerous automated features that save me a lot of time, allowing me to focus on employer branding. I especially appreciate the employee referral portal, the ease of setup, the ability to create tags for the talent pool, and the reports. Their customer support is also fantastic - quick, efficient, and kind. However, sometimes the requisitions can cause some of the reports to be inaccurate. I chose Workable because I needed an ATS that offers free advertising on more job portals. I switched to Workable because it was the perfect solution to all our recruitment needs. From the moment I met [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for a demo to the end, he provided perfect answers and solutions.
