I find the Wisepops system extremely user-friendly. The developers have recently added new templates and enhanced the interface, making it easier to use. There's a wide range of templates suitable for different business goals. The support team is outstanding and always quick to assist. However, the pricing is based on page views, not pop-up displays, so I'm charged even if a pop-up doesn't appear. I was pleased with the vendor's positive response to my feedback in January 2019.

Must-Consider Pop-Up Builder App for eCommerce Businesses of All Sizes
This is probably one of my favorite software to use. It makes me feel like I have a cool web development background, even though I don't. I use Wisepops for two small businesses: my regular job and my home-based side business. At work, our development and SEO teams use it for client sites. At home, it's easy enough for someone like me, without a techy background, to quickly create engaging popups on my website. The 60 or so ready-to-use templates are all great and fully customizable. I can control the size, theme, colors, fonts, timing, and even which customers see which popups, and when. I can track and analyze each popup's performance, generate leads, plan and manage promotions and campaigns, track site visitor location, and even create popups with video, as well as HTML, images, etc. Despite the many ways to customize the existing popups that Wisepops offers, I'd like to see more.

Top-Tier Pop-up Solution Available
I think Wisepops is excellent. I even asked for it to be integrated with a specific CRM/ESP and they included it in their roadmap, which allowed me to remove Zapier from the process. Wisepops is incredibly easy to set up and use. The user experience is very well designed and simple for both administrators and employees to use and understand. The final product, the pop-up, is clean, reliable, and easily adjustable. The data and analytics are also strong. I have no complaints, I just wish they would create more products for us to use. The vendor responded to my review, suggesting I check out Wisp, their on-site notifications product, and promised to keep me updated about new Wisepops products.

Decent, Room for Improvement
I think Wisepops is a good system overall and provides good value for money. I appreciate the decent drag and drop builder and its integrations with relevant systems. However, I feel the navigation in the campaign list could be better to allow viewing more records on one page, rather than having to switch between pages to find a campaign. I also believe the user experience for UTMs and finding the integration could be improved.

Wisepops promises that I can design like a pro with their no-code builder. Indeed, the builder is user-friendly, guiding me through the entire setup process and offering numerous options for design, triggers, audience, and display. The pop-ups are highly customizable, making my overall experience with Wisepops very positive. However, an area for improvement is the interface to brevo, as it doesn't show where or through which pop-up the subscribers have been added.

They provide fantastic tutorials and guides that are always available, making it incredibly easy to get started. I encountered no problems with customization and was able to design the pop-ups exactly as I desired. I particularly appreciated the analytics section, which offered valuable data to assist me in targeting my audience and improving my pop-ups. It felt like managing an ad campaign without a budget due to the wealth of information and customization options. I strongly recommend Wisepops! The integration was simple once I grasped the process. The guides were extremely useful, although some prior knowledge about source code might be beneficial. However, Wisepops made the integration process smooth.

It's a user-friendly tool, ideal for managing multiple campaigns at once. The customer service team is very accommodating and always ready to help. The dashboard is easy to use and offers many options. There are plenty of preloaded templates for creating popup banners, but it's also simple to create and customize my own. There are many targeting options and detailed performance reports that make campaign management easier. I struggle to find any negatives about Wisepops. In the future, I would like to see more video uploading options. The vendor thanked me for my feedback and said I made their day. They responded in May 2021.

From the demo to the sales experience, my journey with Wisepops has been fantastic. I am eagerly anticipating fully integrating their system to enhance our user activity. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and the control they offer over the display of your pop-ups is unmatched. Honestly, this is the best software I've tested and reviewed. Our main user base is on mobile devices and Wisepops outshines all others in terms of mobile performance. Their desktop performance is also strong, but no other company comes close to their mobile performance. I have no complaints about Wisepops. After trying several other packages, I can confidently say that nothing feels lacking or malfunctioning with Wisepops. I chose Wisepops over five other top platforms because they had the best mobile performance and also offered the best filters to diversify our pop-up displays, thereby increasing our engagement.

The value and quality I get from Wisepops for its price is exceptional. It's a well-built and well-designed software. The components it creates are sleek, modern, user-friendly, and don't significantly impact our site's load times. The admin backend strikes a perfect balance between flexibility in targeting and customization, while remaining intuitive and easy to use. I haven't faced any technical issues with the software, and when I had questions about implementation, I received support incredibly quickly. While I haven't found a modal tool that creates all the components I need, Wisepops comes the closest. However, it doesn't have the ability to create a static, top of page bar. I chose Wisepops for its value for money, ability to meet most of our needs, usability, attractive components, and robust architecture. The vendor responded to my review, expressing their happiness to have me as a client and mentioned that top bars should be available later in the year.
