      Indeed, Poor Service

      I ordered items on the 2nd of December and my order was confirmed and money was taken within minutes. However, that was the last I heard from them. I received no dispatch date or notification and found it very difficult to navigate their website. I eventually found their customer service and emailed them, only to receive a confirmation email stating it would take them 3 days to respond. I've heard nothing from them and it's now the 7th. If this is how the Range is running the good name of Wilko, I don't think they'll last long. I'm extremely disappointed. My order did eventually turn up and was well packed, but I think they need to improve their communication and respond to emails sent to them.

      I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at Stroud and Kingswood, Bristol stores which I have been using for years. They are always helpful and hardworking. I believe the higher management should have foreseen the ongoing changes in town centres, but Wilkos was much superior than the likely replacements which will probably be more and more unnecessary stuff we don't need!

      I found Willo to be excellent. The team, especially a certain individual, was very helpful during the setup stage and was readily available for assistance via the site's instant messenger. The software is user-friendly and customizable, allowing us to brand it to suit our company. However, I believe it would be beneficial to be able to extract scores and comments into an Excel sheet for easier comparison, as currently, you have to revisit the candidate's profile or manually input scores and comments into your own spreadsheet. I chose Willo because of its rolling contract, which didn't require us to commit to a yearly subscription when we only needed it for two months during a large recruitment campaign for graduates. The simplicity of the software and the helpfulness of the team were also deciding factors.
