Overall, my experience with Wellable has been very positive. They've been easy to work with and accommodating throughout the years we've been clients. They keep me informed about system updates and upgrades and constantly ask for my feedback. My representatives are attentive and well-prepared for all our challenges, making my experience effortless. The software is extremely user-friendly for both users and administrators. I can run reports whenever I want and check on the status of different users. However, sometimes I wish for more variety or innovative ideas, especially in terms of fitness tracking. While they offer different ways to track nutrition through various apps, other fitness activities like yoga or weight training have to be entered manually, which is less convenient. But, I understand that there might not be an easier way.

The site is extremely user-friendly and emphasizes overall wellbeing, not just fitness. We haven't encountered any problems, and the assistance from the Wellable team is top-notch. We selected Wellable for its comprehensive wellness focus, which includes financial, emotional, and health aspects. They provide a broad range of options for challenges and health content to keep people engaged. We transitioned to Wellable because our previous platform was costly, the support for the devices we bought was inadequate, and the customer service was highly unreliable.

I am extremely impressed with Wellable. It's a platform that encourages activity and participation, even for those with physical limitations. I was initially drawn to this platform due to its user-friendliness, but the customer service is truly top-notch. The software provides various levels of wellness and fitness and seamlessly integrates their communications. So far, I have no complaints. I chose Wellable because their team is unparalleled. They are professional, friendly, and reachable via email and phone. They actually answer their phones, which is a rarity these days. We transitioned to Wellable as it seemed more advanced at the time, being more web-based as opposed to relying on hard copy paper results. They had also just introduced "wearables", which have been a game changer. They have now launched their app, and I am extremely impressed.

Superb Service, Effortless User Experience
I find Wellable incredibly user-friendly, which is essential for our company as many of our employees aren't tech-savvy. This was my main concern when I was searching for a wellness platform. However, after discovering Wellable and seeing the demo, I was convinced it was the right choice. Their customer service is excellent, providing quick responses to my queries. I also appreciate their monthly wellness newsletter. We were able to customize our employees' dashboards and add our own logo to the pages. I love their communication tab, which allows us to send weekly updates to our employees and schedule them in advance. The prizes they provide for our challenge winners, especially the Amazon e-gift cards, are fantastic. I wouldn't change anything about Wellable. Initially, we were worried about participation and privacy when considering a wellness program. However, we've grown from 20 to almost 40 participants. I've been able to guide everyone on how to use the Wellable app and sync their devices.

I greatly appreciate using Wellable and would certainly suggest it to others. It's an excellent instrument for encouraging habit alterations and promoting teamwork. The challenge and gamification of healthy habits are incredibly advantageous. Our organization utilizes it to motivate teams to cultivate healthy habits and remain active. Users are ranked according to their participation, and teams are ranked based on individual averages, promoting both personal and team habits. It's highly motivating for many. However, the app doesn't sync automatically with my device, requiring manual syncing, which is slightly bothersome. But this minor inconvenience doesn't overshadow the benefits.

Boosting Wellness Engagement with Wellable
We opted for Wellable to boost the usage of our wellness app among our staff. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, we've experienced a 70% increase in usage compared to our previous app. The product is incredibly easy to use and we especially appreciate the challenge type that encourages healthy habits. Our account manager consistently provides us with the necessary information for upload. In terms of cost, Wellable is 50% less expensive than other wellness apps we've considered, and both the product and service are superior. If I had to find a flaw, I'd wish for the upcoming challenge assigned by Wellable to load automatically each month. However, this only takes about 3 minutes to complete, so it's not a significant issue. We chose Wellable for its simplicity and the engagement of our account representative. We switched to Wellable because our previous provider, Hubbub, stopped supporting businesses with less than 500 users, and we average around 200 employees.

Wellable Wellness App - Exceptional and User-Friendly Solution
I am a big fan of Wellable. It makes implementing wellness initiatives easy and affordable. I value the diversity of their wellness challenges, encompassing physical health, mental health, and even philanthropic wellness ideas. Their support team is prompt and knowledgeable. I appreciate not having to worry about the details. Once I select a wellness challenge, everything is handled, from perfect communication examples to the timing of when to send them, and even incentive suggestions. The user side is also great, with immediate point tracking and leaderboard updates. Our employees love this product. The on-demand videos are excellent and the support team is outstanding. We experienced a minor glitch during one of our wellness challenges where a competitor lost many of their wellness points. The Wellable support team quickly identified the issue, which was due to a version upgrade, and fixed it immediately.
