      Decent Yet Requires Enhancement

      I believe that the user should have the ability to select the commission (3-4-5%) applied by Airbnb and the one (15-18-21%) applied by Booking. Additionally, the commission that Airbnb charges to the person who books should be a parameter that I can select to see what the final price is. I should then be able to correct the price on Airbnb. If not, while the net is the same, the price to the end user can be very different. This means that people who search for houses on both Airbnb and Booking can find the same property, priced very differently, during the same period. I also think that the app is absolutely necessary, as sometimes it's difficult to connect to the computer to make changes.

I know they're planning to expand this feature for even more automated messages, and I'm excited to add more channels. The new Zapier link is incredible, it seamlessly connects everything. I'm currently in the process of adding Quickbooks.

      In my experience, Uplisting is the best Property Management System (PMS) package I've used in my four years as a vacation rental manager. I've tried software from the biggest names in the industry, but they often come with percentage-based charges, hidden fees, and many half-broken features that are never fixed. Uplisting, however, has been a breath of fresh air and has been my primary PMS for the past two years. Its pricing is reasonable and transparent, and its features are properly tested and carefully rolled out. The customer service is excellent, with a team that actually follows up with you. Vince and his team are doing a fantastic job. I hope they keep it up.

I also switched from Direct because I encountered more error pages than functional ones, despite being satisfied with the implementation manager and the product overall. They constantly add new features and their customer service team is in-house. I'm very satisfied with Uplisting and have no complaints. I chose Uplisting over Guesty because Guesty was too expensive and seemed complex to use. I switched from Little Hotelier to Uplisting and I'm not planning on leaving as long as Uplisting continues on this path.

      I'm disappointed that this costly software, which is supposed to simplify things, doesn't recognize children as guests. This results in an incorrect guest count, causing my cleaners to prepare the wrong number of beds. This issue has been 'under review' for over 18 months in the suggestions section, which is frustrating as it seems like a basic feature. Having a channel manager becomes pointless if I still have to check the correct number of guests on my OTA. It not only defeats the purpose but also adds an extra step, potentially leading to negative reviews for my business.
