      UpKeep: An Excellent Platform for

UpKeep has been an excellent platform for our business, allowing us to track work orders and jobs in real time. It's easy to enter and view notes, and any concerns are addressed immediately. My experiences with Ryan and his team have been nothing but positive. UpKeep has saved us money and increased our profits by accurately tracking time and materials used on jobs, which helps us bill appropriately. The ability to add multiple notes reduces confusion among employees on projects and assists with future warranty claims. I'm grateful for this fantastic product!

      Efficient Asset Management with UpKeep

My overall experience with UpKeep has been largely positive. It has brought accountability and transparency to the management of our assets, both owned and rented. It's been an excellent solution for managing our assets, especially in controlling the location and distribution of our rented laptops and electronic equipment. Since we started using UpKeep, we've been able to locate, manage, and renew our equipment with ease. We also use it to track work orders, as it integrates well with our ERP. However, the cost of $45 per user can be a bit steep for many small businesses, and the training required to use this tool can be challenging. I also think the permissions management could be improved. We chose UpKeep because it offered the best cost-benefit ratio in our analysis. We switched to UpKeep because we needed a robust application that could track our assets and work seamlessly with our ERP.

      Effortlessly User-Friendly

I have been using UpKeep to formally document our maintenance work, which has improved our scheduling and transparency. It has become crucial for maintaining our current customers and attracting new ones. Setting up the system allowed us to review and enhance our current practices. We use UpKeep for all our maintenance needs across the facility. I created a plan and found it easy to customize the system to our needs. I found the meters particularly useful and appreciated the numerous online videos for visual learners like me. So far, we haven't encountered any downsides to the software. There was a brief adjustment period, but it was short-lived. We chose UpKeep because it seemed the most cost-effective and user-friendly way to achieve our goals. The vendor responded to our review, thanked us, and informed us that they're always improving and adding new features based on customer feedback. They also provided a link.

Effortless Setup and Daily Use with UpKeep: A User-Friendly Experience

I am impressed with UpKeep's knowledgeable sales team and user-friendly design. The work request portal and app are precise and easy to use, allowing all staff to input requests and track progress. The front desk can schedule appointments and access real-time information, while technicians can see work requests as they are created, boosting our productivity. UpKeep also flags priority work orders for quick response times. It serves as a central hub for managing all our information, improving our organization. We can generate work requests, track inventory, manage resident billing, and assets through the app. It also provides reports. However, it lacks a notification system for processing invoices. We chose UpKeep for its sales team's willingness to trial the software, its easy setup, and mobile use. We switched to UpKeep because it exceeded our needs in terms of ease of use.

Solid Starter CMMS Solution for Everyday Use

I believe UpKeep is a fantastic basic CMMS for daily use, ideal for handling work orders, scheduled maintenance, and parts/inventory. However, it lacks some advanced features that seasoned users might want. It's extremely easy to set up and input data, and it's incredibly helpful for scheduling work orders. The analytics are basic and they do take shortcuts to achieve numbers. Regrettably, the downtime tracking tool can't be used with manual events. I primarily chose UpKeep because of its pricing - requesters are free and only technical users and admins need paid subscriptions. The initial presentations were also well executed and polished.

      Paperless and User-Friendly: UpKeep

Upkeep has allowed me to transition from paper work orders, enabling quick referencing of past orders. It has improved our company's communication and efficiency in equipment repair. However, I find that the mobile and desktop functions are not identical, which can be problematic when I'm in the field. Overall, Upkeep is very user-friendly.

Off to a Fantastic Start with UpKeep!

My initial experience with UpKeep has been extremely positive. The support from the California team has been commendable, providing us with numerous QR labels for our assets and stock room. Having worked with five different CMMSs and being responsible for two implementations, I find UpKeep to be the most seamless and easiest to use. The setup was straightforward and it has been well-received by my team and the entire organization. The software's user-friendliness and functionality fulfill all my needs. I receive updates on my phone, can monitor work, and share our progress throughout the organization in an understandable way. The low cost and easy entry have also been significant benefits. There have been minor quirks with the system that required some adjustment. For example, updating PMs or creating a PO can be difficult when you click off the screen to update a component and then lose the entire thing you were working on. It would also be helpful to have distinct location differences for assets and stock rooms. Despite these minor issues, we chose UpKeep and will continue to use it.

I find UpKeep extremely beneficial in streamlining maintenance operations. Its simple design allows me to monitor and schedule work orders with ease. The app's task delegation and real-time updates keep my team aligned. Our maintenance management has greatly improved with UpKeep. Its intuitive design and regular updates simplify task tracking and planning. However, I find the customization options in UpKeep's work order forms lacking and think the mobile app could benefit from some functional enhancements. I switched to UpKeep due to its user-friendly design and helpful tools for managing work orders, tracking assets, and conducting routine maintenance.
