However, we found Tradogram and worked with their team to customize the software to our needs. The software is flexible and user-friendly. It has completely revolutionized our service delivery and allowed us to grow our organization. It's quite fun to use the software for something entirely different from its intended purpose. We needed the purchase order to sort items on the pdf, but it didn't have that feature. We worked with the developers who quickly and effectively solved our problem by creating a sorting function!

Exploring Tradogram: Pros, Cons and User Experience
I appreciate Tradogram for its inventory, deliveries, and contract management features, as well as its tech support and report issuance. However, I feel it needs more refinement in certain areas, such as adding delivery tracking in Expenses. The requests are too restrictive and should be more adaptable, like allowing file attachments in chats with vendors and offering more flexibility to modify. I also wish it could interact with other platforms like Google Suite and project management software. Additionally, when sending emails to vendors, it would be beneficial to have the ability to send to more than one. I chose Tradogram for its inventory management, cost, and ease of use.

I've had an exceptional experience with Tradogram's customer service. They respond quickly and direct inquiries to the right department. Tradogram is a cost-effective solution that offers a higher return on investment compared to others, thanks to their attention to detail in resolving issues. I have complete visibility of our spending and the data flow between modules is user-friendly and efficient. I can generate reports within each module and I appreciate the flexibility to edit purchase orders once they've been issued. The dashboard is clear and easy to navigate. I'm also excited about the upcoming smartphone app. However, I wish Tradogram provided basic written instructions for using its modules and understanding the data flow. Despite being a simple software, having instructions would save a lot of time spent on familiarization. I chose Tradogram for its cost-effectiveness and the features it offers to meet our current and future needs.

Excellent Tool for Budget-Conscious Small Businesses
My overall experience with Tradogram has been outstanding. It has enhanced the efficiency of our business due to its flexibility and visibility. As a small business with a limited budget, this software fulfills all our requirements and even some of our desires. It's a robust purchasing software designed for buyers who need to monitor their purchases and provide order statuses instantly. The dashboard feature allows for tracking of late and due orders, eliminating the need for expedite reports. The "pending supplier acceptance" status, which requires supplier approval of your purchase order, is a game changer. It ensures that orders are processed and not overlooked. My engineers can input requisitions electronically, simplifying the PO creation process. We use the projects feature for immediate visibility and control over spending. We have tens of thousands of items, and downloading them to CSV to view the data can be challenging. However, all other CSV downloads for other data have been quick and efficient. I chose Tradogram because it's the best software for the cost with the strongest features.

It's refreshing to be able to ask any question and receive answers from a person, not an automated system. The software provides the basics of vendor management, requests for quotes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation. While there are aspects we'd like to customize more to fit our specific industry and business practices, some of these are too large for Tradogram to implement. However, we've managed to purchase customizations in several areas that serve as alternative solutions. They're always open to addressing our requests. We chose Tradogram because it had the fundamentals, was easy to set up and use, and is affordable for a small company. We switched to Tradogram because our previous software became unavailable.

What initially drew me to Tradogram was its user-friendly interface and simplicity. The online chat support is outstanding, always approachable, responsive, and capable of resolving 90% of my problems. However, I'm not a fan of the purchase order search function. When I locate and open a specific order, going back takes me to the first page of all orders, not my search results. I selected Tradogram for its user interface, customer support, price, and features. I appreciate the vendor's openness to feedback and am excited about future upgrades.

I appreciate the user-friendly setup of Tradogram, but I'm disappointed that I can't edit requests or add documents once they've been sent. There are also no reporting options unless a request has been awarded. I switched to Tradogram from DeltaBid, which went out of business and didn't offer reporting options. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that there are many comparison tables and charts available for active requests and they will be adding more editing capabilities to requests soon. They promised to keep me updated. This response was given in January 2020.

The fact that their programmers are in the same building eliminates any time-zone issues when needing support. We are extremely satisfied with Tradogram. Tradogram has streamlined our processes, making them smooth and straightforward. Everyone, from site supervisors and trades to office staff, has been able to use and navigate the system without any issues. Even those who had never used a computer in their job were able to create purchase orders and understand the system within 30 minutes. I am particularly impressed with how easy it is to create a purchase order, the simplicity of the approval process for all parties, and the program's communication through email. The software is customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. We were even able to add a link to a SharePoint folder directly on the software.
