      My experience with Traction Guest has been excellent and it's definitely worth the cost! Setting it up and using it was easy. The customer service was very supportive and the product is intuitive and user-friendly. I encountered some issues setting up the NDA routing and currently, I'm using a workaround where it goes to my personal Google Drive. The Customer Success team has been fantastic in assisting me to configure Traction Guest, set up my NDA, and customize my sign-in experience. They've considered my requests for additional Google Drive functionality and are exploring how they can implement it.

      I find the features and options of Traction Guest superior to any other solution I've tested, and I see a lot of potential for future improvements. I've had a positive experience with the support team, who have been very responsive and easy to work with. However, this isn't a major concern as some issues have already been resolved and the remaining ones have been reported to the development team. The software didn't start off as smoothly as I expected, but I believe it will improve once the issues are fixed.       I find Traction-Guest to be a powerful and customizable system with no downtime. It sends email and text messages to hosts and guests and includes features like COVID screening, safety measures, NDA and data collection. It integrates with our training records and flags watchlisted visitors. We use its roll call display to show our safety and maintenance teams all the contractors on site. Its granular permission levels are perfect for us. The guest experience is excellent and our security guards can easily use the web interface. The Traction Guest support team is timely and detailed in their help. The system is well documented and easy to customize. We have no issues as the features we need are already in the software. We chose Sign In Enterprise because we were introduced to Traction Guest at the ASIS security conference. Our Import/Export team liked its integration with our existing Trade Compliance software. The vendor responded to our review, expressing pride in their onsite security and access management platform and offering further support if needed.

      Exceptional Support Team and Some UI Recommendations

      Since I started using Traction Guest at my office, our guests have been greeted more quickly and our tenants are happier with immediate text and email notifications. Our mail carriers have even begun checking which "hosts" have received mail, which has been a great addition. I value the flexibility the software offers in tailoring the experience for our locations. The customer support has been incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to my questions and requests. Their receptiveness to feedback and willingness to make changes based on my suggestions is why I chose Traction Guest over Envoy. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, I wish I could remove a host from a specific location without having to delete them from the ALL host group. Second, I would like a fully customizable email notification system, including the ability to change the subject title. Overall, I am deeply appreciative of the Traction Guest team for their outstanding service. Their response to my review was very positive.
