In my view, Tandem Software is inferior to our primary software. Despite being less expensive, it fails to satisfy the requirements of a large bank for Vendor Management. I value its user-friendliness and the ability to upload unlimited entries into the database. However, it is greatly limited in reporting capabilities and lacks a comprehensive Risk Analysis feature. To me, it's merely an online document storage.

The Cornerstone of My CMS
I began with the compliance module of Tandem Software and have since bought every relevant module. It has given me a solid foundation for my work. I used the free version of this product over a decade ago, and I find the paid version to be even better and of great value. I appreciate being able to set up the framework of my CMS in a way that lets me show what we do before any regulatory changes happen. However, I wish the policy management module, which is designed for IT, had more functionality so we could manage all our policies. I chose Tandem Software because I could initially use it for free, and then the price was very reasonable.
