Strongly Endorse Sweet by Blue Sky
I use Sweet for a dedicated website for our Walk/Run for Adoption in my organization. This is my first year in this role and after consulting with the team at Blue Sky, I decided to upgrade to the Sweet Advanced package. The team at Blue Sky has been incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the design, build, and launch of the site. We recently launched and are very pleased with the look and functionality. I highly recommend this company and platform. The customer service from the Blue Sky team, the custom design, and the ease of use for editing and creating content are all top-notch. I have no complaints.

Savoring the Sweetness!
I've been using the Sweet software by Blue Sky Collaborative since 2012 for various organizations. It's user-friendly with great functionality for both users and admins. The customer service is always precise and quick to help with any issues. It's the only pledge platform I intend to use for future projects. It's a simple platform for setting up fundraising campaigns, letting me quickly access donor, registrant, and team info. I can effortlessly add and edit anything that needs changes without any problems.

The customer service of SWEET is exceptional! Anytime we had a request or encountered a problem, the SWEET team was prompt in their response and resolution. We are extremely pleased with the product and believe it will greatly assist our organization in fundraising. SWEET is user-friendly and intuitive. Even for those of us with little prior experience with CRMs, crowdfunding platforms, or technology in general, it didn't take long to become familiar with the product. SWEET was able to customize almost everything to perfectly align with our website, from fonts and colors to photos and logos. It truly feels like an extension of our brand. We did encounter a few challenges to ensure everything was working as we desired, but we always found a solution quickly. We chose SWEET because it offered a better price point. Both products had similar capabilities, but we appreciate that SWEET does not charge a percentage on transactions and provides excellent customer service. We continue to use NEON as our CRM.

Comparable Results with EventBrite for Ticket Sales
The customer service representative was quite responsive to my concerns and the site looked fantastic. It was convenient to have everything in one place. However, my sales didn't improve significantly compared to last year. The only major change was that I used BlueSky this year and my website with tickets purchased on EventBrite. The site setup was problematic and full of errors. I had to constantly monitor everything they did due to the numerous mistakes. For example, I was initially told my finished URL would be a .org, but it was set up as a .com, which didn't work. I had to ask them to fix it. The automated emails also had issues with incorrect setup and I had to arrange a conference call to explain and rectify it. The default content was clearly copied from another event and still had their information. The amount raised tally bar didn't work initially and required several attempts to fix. Overall, I felt there was a lack of attention to detail in creating my site.

I appreciate the real-time tracking of online and offline donations that sweet-show offers, ensuring our site accurately reflects total donations. I'm excited about the new feature that allows donors to include the donation convenience fee in their donation amount, potentially saving our school a significant amount of money in our fundraising campaign. I love how our website was customized to our specific needs, it's not just a standard software program. Blue Sky tailored the metrics we wanted to track by student and team, making it easily accessible online and mobile-friendly. As an administrator, I've found their customer service to be excellent. They're available, responsive, and accommodating to our changing needs. However, I was somewhat frustrated with the limitations of the editing/customization tools, such as formatting difficulties and the inability to upload hyperlinks, videos, etc. in the site email tool. There are also a few "static" pages that can't be edited after the site goes live and participants are pre-registered.

Overall Satisfaction Achieved
As a representative of Young Audiences of Oregon and SW Washington, we've been organizing jog-a-thon fundraisers with local schools since 1977. For 40 years, we used to send students door to door to collect pledges using paper forms, which the schools then had to process before depositing the donations into their accounts. After thorough research, we chose to work with Blue Sky's SWEET software. They were able to fully customize the pages and forms to meet our specific needs. This year, with Blue Sky's assistance, we successfully launched our online donation platform. It's been fantastic! We've seen an increase in fundraising numbers from almost every school and it's a great resource that we can now provide to our schools.
