48hrs Countless? Update - Positive Response & Issue Resolution by Shiprocket.
As an e-commerce company, our reputation heavily relies on our shipping services. I have concerns about four shipments. The first, AWB: 6588257, has not moved since October 1th and customer service only tells me to wait for 48 hours. The second, AWB: 328856636427, was returned to me due to a rude delivery boy who refused to deliver the parcel to the office. I request a refund for the forwarding and RTO. The third, AWB: I16756926, reached its destination hub on October 18th but hasn't moved since. The fourth, AWB: I6736688, had a fake delivery attempt. I've uploaded a screenshot but no action has been taken. I'm frustrated with the long wait times for customer service and the lack of response. The 48-hour response time is too long, especially during the busy festive season. However, on October 27th, Ranvijay from Shiprocket called me to understand the issues and resolved them, which I appreciate.

The tracking status shows it as undelivered due to unsuccessful contact attempts, but I haven't received any calls from the delivery personnel. It's like a game of hide and seek! I've had the opportunity to reschedule the delivery for the next day, and even though the status is again updated as a failed delivery attempt, it just adds to the suspense. I'm finding it a bit challenging to contact the delivery personnel or file a complaint about the lack of delivery attempts, but I'm sure it's all part of the process.
