Simplicity at its Best with ScrapingBee
I believe ScrapingBee is fantastic! I haven't faced any issues so far. Even though I'm not utilizing all its features, I found it simple to start with their API Builder, Code Exporter, and Dashboarding. I predict that ScrapingBee's features will be very beneficial for me in the future. As I grow, I know their pricing is competitive and their service is dependable. This is the highest success rate I've experienced, having worked with other web scraping vendors before. I have no plans to switch to any other service. However, I would appreciate more detailed error documentation. I understand that with scraping, things can be unclear, but I spent some time fine-tuning the parameters of my request before it worked. Despite this, it was quicker than any other service I've used, thanks to their built-in Request Builder. I switched to ScrapingBee due to constant failures without explanations from my previous service.

Exceptional Service: Seamless Functionality, Unparalleled Support
ScrapingBee is incredibly easy to use and I was able to set up an automated scraper in just a few hours. It works flawlessly and its parsing meta-language is extremely powerful. The support I received was exceptional. When I had difficulty implementing a parser using the meta-language, a support engineer wrote the entire parser for me. I noticed that the scraping API lacked a useful parameter, and the support engineer updated the API to include it within about 48 hours. It felt like ScrapingBee's support engineers were part of my own team. I can't find any negatives about this software. I chose ScrapingBee because it is entirely API-based, eliminating the need for desktop software. It's modern, elegant, and just works. No other product I evaluated could match it in terms of ease of use and speed of implementation.

I've found the support for ScrapingBee to be excellent, with responses coming in within 24 hours. The API has also been very reliable. However, I find the pricing a bit high, starting at $50 per month. There's not much room to gradually scale workflows between the limited free trial and the first pricing tier. I would have preferred a lower tier with fewer calls to allow for scaling in the initial months. I chose ScrapingBee for its ease of use, support, and reliability. I switched from Scraply to ScrapingBee because it handles tag selector-based parsing, which saves me a lot of time with Regex processing in my own code.

Top-tier Scraping API on the Market
I really appreciate the web interface of ScrapingBee. It lets me experiment with different queries directly in the browser and gives me full control over costs. I also value the ability to send XHR requests and receive a complete browser dump in the scraping response, a feature that is unmatched in the industry. However, I find the pricing somewhat high. I understand that maintaining such a large network is expensive, but adding geo location and javascript makes a request five times more costly, which can quickly add up. I also find it misleading that prices are listed without VAT, which wasn't initially clear to me. I switched to ScrapingBee because its pricing became comparable and the service quality of my previous provider had significantly deteriorated. Their support also refused to acknowledge any mistakes on their end unless I provided an excessive amount of evidence.

Excellent for Creating Custom Databases with Scrapers
I was given a project by a client to build a real estate database from various portals. I had already established my web application structure and defined crawlers for the different portals when I decided to try ScrapingBee. This tool allowed me to focus on the product and not waste time on scraping infrastructure. I found it incredibly easy to set up, with excellent examples and documentation, and the pricing was also affordable. I am currently very satisfied with the tool and its ease of use, as well as its problem-solving capabilities. It has a great API, examples, and docs. I have nothing significant to complain about. Like all products, there's probably room for improvement, but I haven't encountered any issues so far.

I am quite pleased with ScrapingBee. I've been using it for about two months and I'm impressed by the speed and success rate of their proxies. I use it to scrape various Ecommerce stores like ASOS, Nike, and Zalando, which have heavy bot throttling and prevention. The premium proxies have a high success rate, and the standard proxies are fast and decent for sites that don't require very stealthy proxies. I like the "proxy mode" feature, which lets me use the service without having to integrate the HTTP API. This made it easy to incorporate into my existing application with minimal configuration. The support team is responsive and they quickly fixed a minor Dashboard UI issue.The concurrency limit is 10 for the lowest paid plan and 40 for the "business" plan. This might be a bit low for my needs and slightly limits throughput, but I've heard that there might be higher or more customizable plans in the future.
