Switched from Kinsta to Rocket!
I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Rocket team. They are always available to answer questions promptly via chat and have extensive knowledge about Wordpress. I previously used Kinsta, but they were unable to cache the checkout pages and due to a limitation of PHP workers, the site was very slow during large product launches. After switching to Rocket.net, this limitation was completely eliminated. My website can now easily handle 4 orders per minute, compared to a maximum of about 4 orders per minute on Kinsta. Ben and his team have also been very helpful when things don't go as planned. They even saved one of our client's biggest product launches!

Rocket.Net - Top Hosting Provider!
I've worked with five different hosting companies over the past decade and have experienced the hassle of transferring numerous sites from one host to another. My most recent move, about a year and a half ago, was to Rocket and it was incredibly smooth, unlike my previous migrations. There were reasons for this move and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. Rocket is by far the best host I've been with and I intend to stay. Their support is exceptional. They handled all my migrations, which were numerous, quickly and without any issues that I can remember. The team is a pleasure to work with, always going the extra mile. Rocket is optimized for WordPress websites and offers CloudFlare for Enterprise, which is a huge benefit. With Rocket, I no longer have to worry about server issues. It's completely effortless for me and I don't encounter server problems like I used to with other hosts. I give Rocket.net my highest recommendation!

The customer service is excellent and it allows for multiple sites. My speed test results are now 95% or higher in all countries. I wish I had discovered this site years ago. Although they don't provide hosting, they assist you in connecting with them from your existing host. Absolutely fantastic, 5 stars!

I have been using rocket.net for about 8 months now and I must say, they are one of the best, if not the best, hosting providers I have ever used. The three main reasons for this are their speed, support, and price. I noticed an immediate improvement in my core web vitals when I switched from other hosting platforms. It was almost embarrassing how much better they were and I regret not switching sooner. In terms of support, Ben and his team have been incredibly helpful with any issues that have arisen. Whether it's the weekend or late at night, they are always ready to assist. They are by far the best support team I have encountered with hosting providers. Lastly, the price is much cheaper than I expected for the service I am receiving. I am building a portfolio of websites and I don't think I will ever use another provider.

However, I deducted a star due to it over-promising and under-delivering, as well as its slow response to fixing bugs in the control panel. For instance, a tab was incorrectly named and despite reporting it months ago, it still hasn't been corrected.
