      I really value how the CRM of Ringy manages all the text/email follow-ups for the leads I input into the system. It enables me to track the activity I've had with the lead, so I know exactly where I stand in my sales process. I also adore the capability to run large campaigns to reach all the leads in my system. I'm extremely satisfied with the system and the continuous updates to its features. However, I would recommend that when updates are made, there should be a tab listing the newly updated features/patch notes to stay current. At the moment, I know when an update has been made, but it's not always clear what was fixed or added. The vendor responded positively to my review, expressing their pleasure to have me on board. They mentioned that they just launched a Support Center page with FAQs and video tutorials, and suggested they could add a section where I can view new updates/patches as they are launched. They anticipate this to be completed by the end of the week.

The customer service can be a bit inconsistent. Given the price, it appears to be a good investment. Like any CRM software, the more I comprehend my needs and its features, the better it can serve me. After nearly two years, I'm still exploring its features and functionality. It's excellent for reviving old leads and pursuing new ones. I have very few complaints. The only thing I need to ensure is that my phones are ready after a text or email blast due to the response.
