From the interface to the features to the productivity flow, Recruitee is the best job recruitment platform I've ever used. I highly recommend it for firms with 500 employees or less. It handles everything from form inquiries to recruitment landing pages to built-in emailing capabilities. Recruitee has all the features you need in a polished, well thought out platform. The only downside is that, like any cloud-based software, you need a reliable internet connection to be productive.

Excellent Tool for Streamlining Candidate Management
I appreciate the email, notifications, and inbox integrations in Recruitee as they simplify tracking candidate progress and responding to inquiries. I find the layout and HUD excellent, and the ability to bulk edit candidate information streamlines the process. However, I wish there was a way to bulk select candidates from the job tab-pipeline for easy status changes. I find it inconvenient that the normal workflow is under the candidate's tab, and I miss the "filter by tags" feature under the job tab.

Recruitee: The Best System We've Tested
I've really enjoyed using Recruitee after trying out three other applicant systems over the past two years. This is the one we're sticking with! We're a small tech company with less than 15 job openings at any given time, and their middle plan suits us perfectly - it's also reasonably priced. Their user interface and user experience are top-notch - even our Design Director agrees. Everyone I've dealt with from their US sales and customer service team has been fantastic. They do ask for a lot of feedback, but they're a growing company and they genuinely listen to what you have to say. I would definitely recommend Recruitee over its competitors.

Caution! Recruitee's Unfair Pricing and Disrespect for Customers.
I chose Recruitee for its robust features and competitive pricing after extensive research on recruiting solutions. However, five months later, they increased our plan's price by 442% without any warning or option to retain the old plan. Despite the price hike, we would lose features compared to our old plan. I feel disrespected as a legacy customer. If I had to choose again, I might consider Recruiterbox or another solution. I am uncomfortable with a company that disrespects and price-gouges its customers. When I complained, Recruitee claimed there was a misunderstanding about their new feature tiers and pricing, stating that the new pricing model is for new customers and existing customers can keep their old plans. They suggested I contact their customer success team for more details.

It seamlessly integrates with Outlook and is extremely user-friendly. Prior to Recruitee, I didn't have any similar software. Its fully customizable pipeline allows me to tailor it to encompass all stages of my recruitment process, and the email templates facilitate easy and consistent communication with my candidates. Like any product, it can take some time to review, research, and implement updates or new features, but these changes are worth the wait and I'm always kept up-to-date about developments.

Grateful for the Software
I appreciate Recruitee for its helpfulness and convenience, and I love all its features. However, I encountered a minor issue when trying to edit the job description - it wouldn't save my changes and would revert back. For instance, if I deleted spaces and clicked save, the spaces would reappear. But, repeatedly clicking the save button seemed to resolve this.

Excellent Recruitment Software
I recently reviewed Recruitee while searching for ATS systems for my company. I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning and found the platform to be very intuitive. Creating ads and tracking applications was straightforward, even for those not highly skilled in internet use. What I appreciated most was the cost-based pricing, the ability to customize the hiring pipeline for each ad, the reporting features for tracking hiring progress and statistics, and the careers page feature. I was able to create a unique careers page for our company within hours using their simple page designer, and could even add our own DNS record and Google Analytics code to track visits. I wholeheartedly recommend Recruitee to anyone in need of an ATS.

I believe that Recruitee is the best in class software with an excellent support team. It's flexible, scalable, and truly designed for recruiters. In my opinion, it's the simplest, best, and most cost-efficient solution for hiring. I've tried many systems, but the support here is always immediately available. The system is constantly evolving and the settings are incredibly flexible. It's clear to me that the development is focused on the needs of the Recruiter, rather than just developing unusable features. The pricing model, with monthly cancellation, is ideal. Once a position is filled, you can simply switch off Recruitee. I can't understand the negative reviews, at least not for the German market and support here.

Recruitee has an impressive user interface that aids us in organizing applicants effectively. It has revolutionized our interview scheduling and the manner in which we send offer or thank you letters. After a lengthy search, we found Recruitee and we are entirely pleased with the product. The only thing lacking is a custom form. I would be thrilled if I could embed a custom application form on my "Apply" page of the website, and have it automatically populate the Recruitee back-end. Currently, we are managing with the tools provided, which are mostly sufficient.

Overall, I find using Recruitee enjoyable as it's user-friendly and convenient. I think it's a suitable choice for any startup in need of a simple, GDPR-compliant recruiting system. Setting up the job portal and customizing it is easy, and posting new jobs is quick and straightforward. Customizing workflows is also simple, and it's fast to enable employees to use the software. Reviewing candidates using the evaluations feature is very convenient, as recruiters prepare notes that I can read. I frequently use the mobile app during interviews to view notes and resumes, eliminating the need to search through emails. However, we've experienced issues with the mobile app breaking down and not working for weeks before being fixed. It's also challenging to find candidates we didn't proceed with, and archiving positions makes it hard to locate them if we need to restore them later.

I was looking for a solution for our recent implementation needs. We needed a software that could function as a powerful Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and also offer an easy-to-manage "recruit-a-friend" feature. Unfortunately, Recruitee didn't meet our customization needs. It only supports job sharing and doesn't allow a "referral" to track the status of their referee's application. However, I appreciated the team's sincere efforts to help us find a workaround, showing their dedication to customer service. The customer support I received was truly outstanding. Despite this, I found the software very limited and lacking in customization. It's offered as a fixed package that you have to accept as is.
