My main concern is the data link limitation, as we can't link fields from QuoteWerks to ACT!. I've been using QuoteWerks for the past 8 years and it has greatly impacted my business and workflow. It's a powerful quoting tool, although it does have a slight learning curve. I admit I don't utilize all its features, mainly due to its somewhat outdated user interface. The Quote layout designer is especially potent if you have a developer who can build the templates. However, the overall user experience and interface could be better as it's not very user-friendly. I also think that improved support documentation would help users understand the software and its capabilities better. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me and explaining that QuoteWerks' interface is evolving on the web while keeping key elements from the desktop version to minimize training. They also highlighted the availability of numerous videos and extensive training documentation on their website, and urged me to contact their technical support team if I needed further clarification.

I was suggested to use the quotewerks software by another company. After spending some time on it, I found it user-friendly. We use the Standard Edition. The software is cost-effective, feature-rich, easy to upgrade with new releases, and integrates well with our CRM for quotes and opportunities. The customer service in the USA is exceptional. However, designing your own print/pdf layout can be a bit challenging, but the YouTube videos were helpful. It's a Windows software that runs on PC, but it allows usage without an internet connection.
