Problem Resolution
This is undoubtedly the best user experience I've ever had with a bank. Initially, I attempted to open an account for my new company with the largest German online bank, which has a blue square logo. The process took an agonizing four weeks, only for me to not receive the account. They even asked for my understanding as they couldn't explain the reason for this. I then decided to try Qonto. My account was ready to receive initial payments in less than an hour. Everything about Qonto is about speed and comfort. This includes not only the onboarding process, but also the support, which almost always responds in less than 1 minutes, the card shipment, which took less than a week after opening the account, and the overall user experience of the apps, both web and mobile. For the first time in my life, a bank transfer was enjoyable. Additionally, the fees are low, there are no transfer limits, all transfers are in real time and free, and so on. Everything is perfect. After all these amazing experiences with Qonto, I wonder how traditional banks in Germany will survive. It will be difficult for them.

I received a message about a refund I was waiting for from a highly reviewed site. Despite all the terrible reviews and misunderstandings created for thousands of users, I was pleasantly surprised. In the midst of disputes about banned sites, money not arriving, and undelivered shipments, I received a message from a banking institution saying, Hi G. we wanted to inform you that they sent you the refund you were owed. I can confirm that the refund was issued.
