I'm pleased with Peoplebox. I'm slowly getting used to its many features, which are becoming a daily tool in my job. I like its simplicity, reminders, and the ability to monitor conversations and OKRs. However, I find it inconvenient that you can't unsubscribe from email reminders directly from the emails. It would be more convenient to have an unsubscribe link, allowing me to choose which ones to opt out of. The main reason I switched to Peoplebox was the cost. It was also easy to customize to our institution.
